Stayed on the 11th floor with block view of the Saigon river. The bed is very comfortable and I have no issue falling asleep. I love the toilet with warm seat and bidet. There are a wide variety of channels on the TV too. The oven is spoilt and we had electricity trip when we tried to cook noodles. But that was promptly resolved by the technical team. They came within 5 mins upon calling and that was amazing! Customer service is excellent. We booked a flight at 7pm and check out at 1pm. The concierge took care of our luggages until 5pm and even helped us called a taxi. Will visit again :-)
