Excellent views .Well equipped .
Upper level expected but not the 60 stairs up and down for 75yr old tourists .Nino was very good when we ran out of gas but when the shower drain blocked we got a promise to fix but were unable to shower for 4 days and got no further response from Nino. Standard of cleaning was terrible throughout. We cannot recommend this property to anyone We have been with booking.com for many years and have never been disappointed before. David And Thelma

A perfect place to stay in Castellamare. Nearby the port and the sea, bus stop and the centre with all the shops and restaurants. Equiped with all necessary things. A breathtaking view from a huge terrace where it's nice to drink a morning coffee made in the coffee machine. Really sympathetic, hospitable and helpful host. I definitely recommend the apartment.

The appartement is very well located, with a nice view on the mountains and see. It’s 5 min walking from the old town. Nino is very welcoming and available.

There are no words to explain how nice it was to stay at Nino’s place.
“La terrazza” is even better than in pictures: On one side you can see the mountains while on the other have a direct look at the astonishing coast of Castellammare del golfo! Nino was such an amazing host, from the very first day he was always available to help us and providing anything needed. And if it wasn’t enough, downstairs just next to the flat you’ll find a nice pasticceria run by Graziella, such a lovely woman that will delight you everyday with her fresh cornetti! So if you’re really looking for a cool cheap flat where to stay, Nino’s is definitely the right place for you :)

The apartment is located in a central part of this small town - perfectly connetced with every atractions, beach, shops, bus stops.
Very well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom and comfortable big bad in badroom😍
The terrace is very impresive - great place to spend some time with incredible view over the sea. The contact with the owner was perfect - great guy Nino helped us with everything!😊
