Nice flat at great location. Close to Shopping Center and 3 minutes form the beach. Marco (host) was very kind and friendly.

Blisko na piękną plażę Playa del Pozo (Playa Chica) - 5 minut, do centrum handlowego i przystanku autobusowego (autobus z lotniska 1,20 eur/osoba płatne u kierowcy) - 5 minut, 10 minut do spacerowego deptaku z kawiarniami i sklepami, prowadzącego do centralnego placu z kościołem.
Wzdłuż wybrzeża ścieżka pieszo-rowerowa z pięknymi widokami, prowadząca do szerokiej i długiej plaży Playa Blanca - 30 minut) oraz w drugą stronę przez port do malowniczych, historycznych obiektów. Bardzo czysto, dobry kontakt z gospodarzami. Wygodne łóżka, meble dobrej jakości. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Dostępny taras z leżakami na dachu, z widokiem na wschód słońca z jednej strony i na góry z drugiej strony.
Słychać odgłosy ulicy (na szczęście nie ma tam dużego ruchu samochodowego) i odgłosy z sąsiednich mieszkań i z łazienki

The location was very good. We found the apt very clean and sufficient for our stay.The host was very good, friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable.
The WiFi wasn't working, not a big problem for a short stay. The kettle didn't work so water had to be boiled in the microwave, again, not a huge problem.

Well kitted out in good location close to shopping centre. Hard enough to find as no name over door / just number . Woulnt stay longer than 3 days in Peurto Rosario as not much to do for holidays. Caleta de Fuste better
Got a text after we left saying cleaner checks everything after each customer and we had broken hairdryer . (We hadn't used hairdryer so either a scam or cleaner was tellling porkies) .obviously not willing to cover wear and tear themselves so would probably have charged for a broken cup or clothes peg!

Apartment was very close to the sea (Like two blocks), and in walking distance of several restaurants, as well as a larger shopping mall, large hypermarket included. There's also a postal service office around the corner (To send postcards etc)
It can be a liiiiiiiiitle bit difficult to reach the place without satnav / google maps, as it's situated in a city block with lots of one way roads.

really nice apartment to stay, in the city center, close to the supermarket. the Landlord Marco is so friendly, he can speak English a little but we could understand each other very well. I love the bath 😇
The parking is public, so sometimes you need to look for a place to park, but usually get it

My wife and I really enjoyed the 8 days that we spent here.
Marco (the owner) and his family are very friendly and welcoming, he was very flexible regard the check in. The apartment it self very clean and big, the kitchen fully equipped except a microwave. The location is also nice, a couple of minutes to get the beach by feets, some Caffè and restaurants near by, and 8 minutes by car to the airport. As you are in the middle of the island it is easy to go south, north or west to discover it all.
The district itself is quite at night and safe.
- The sofa of the living room is not really comfy.
- TV has just few channels and in Spanish.
- For a beach holiday, a small washing machine is a big plus.

Great localisation in the city centre, 5 minutes from the beach and from the shopping centre. The appartement is very clean, the WiFi is very fast and all the amenities are there. The owners are very friendly and helped me with any questions.

I was met upon arrival by Marco (earlier than at the originally scheduled time - kudos to Marco for being flexible!), who gave a tour of the apartment and the building. The place was cleaned spotless, and everything worked perfectly well. When I return to Puerto, I will look to book this place again.
