Ideal cottage accommodation near to Ely and Cambridge just right for 3 couples or family group. Small garden outside which would have been used if the weather was a little warmer. Rooms were all tidy and bedding clean. Price was very good and hosts replied straight away to messages. Nice view of the horses from bedroom windows.

A bit dated in places. The lock on the downstairs bathroom doesn’t work. A few cobwebs around but may have not been let for awhile. Traffic noise could be a problem for some if sleeping with the windows open but none of our group seemed to let that worry us. A bedside lamp by the beds in the twin rooms would have made things easier at night. Only found one hand towel between 3 bathrooms. Be aware only one room is en-suite. The two twin rooms share an upstairs bathroom and a walk in shower and toilet downstairs.

Amazing place! very big house, beautiful rooms! Vicky kindly provided us with towels, our stay was perfect!

The Annex is a lovely characterful house, really well appointed with comfy beds, lovely kitchen, and social area with great finishing touches. Lots of glasses and kitchen equipment too. Nice touch was the tea and coffee. We are a group of friends that live across the country and meet up in different locations for an overnight stay, so we can spend quality relaxing time together.

We were sent a message that there was only 3 cars allowed. Which was OK when we booked. However a friend had personal circumstances which meant he couldn't car share, so we ended up with 4 cars. The farm is on a busy main road so not sure where we could have parked the 4th car. We were told there would be hand towels and thought we would get one per person as is usual. These are usually on the bed or in each guest room. However there was only 1 in each bathroom. Only one of us had brought a larger towel. The guest book said towels could be provided at an additional charge. When we asked about towels we were told off about the 4th car and were told they didn't provide towels for eco reasons. Obviously we needed towels to shower but we never got them. This meant 4 of us could not shower in the morning. It was a good job we were only staying 1 night! This obviously put an avoidable dampener on our stay.

property is amazing, for it was surprisingly big inside, beautiful property, amazing views. Staying with my friends for a girls weekend, lovely and clean, hosts were helpful, has WiFi and close to the city centre which has a good night life.

Well laid out, so plenty of room for our group of 7 adults. The house is really well equipped, well presented and the beds are super comfy. Beautiful outdoor space too. Close to the park & ride for easy access to city centre. Loads of local pubs nearby. It's on a busy road, but that wasn't an issue for us. Make sure you put Meadow Farm into maps, as the postcode alone takes you further up the road.

Don't forget to take your own towels, but otherwise everything was provided.

Lovely place, lots of room and all the facilities you might need. Easy to access local facilities though we stayed at the barn for most of our stay.

There is some road noise but nothing too bad. Needed to switch on the boiler which wasn't obvious but the barn was soon nice and toasty and there was plenty of hot water.

No dishwasher which is suprising for such a large place. The crockery & cook ware was sometimes a bit dirty - we ended up washing most things before using.
