Lack of one to one comunication

it was comfy and perfectly sized for us

generally clean and modern. great location for us

water and radiators dangerously hot. heating came on in middle of the night. no instructions how to use things ie internet connectivity

Location was fine that’s the only positive thing I can tell you about this property.

upon arrival the property smelt of damp. it was unclean and unkept, with bare minimal cleaning done. Fridge freezer was dirty, cobwebs in places where there shouldn’t have been ie in easy reach of cleaning. Mirrors were full of dust and dirt and there was bogeys wiped on the walls and headboard in the twin room with damp under the window in there also. The woodwork on the staircase and other areas need serious attention as it was broken and damaged. Bathroom floor grout was filthy as was the shower seal. There was a broken microwave dumped in the yard and under the stairs was a dumping ground with a broken ironing board and duvets just thrown in. I could go on and have lots more photos of the property but have attached what I could. We didn’t stay and had to book alternative accommodation as the house was not pleasant at all. everywhere was really amazing, nice and very tidy. I would recommend this accommodation.

i would just want to advice that in future there should be more tissue peppers

Plenty of room, good facilities. Free wifi Pet friendly

Pet friendly but had to pay extra despite initial booking confirmation saying no extra charge for pets. Sofabed had no bed linen, duvet & pillows had no covers. Sofabed mattress was stained and dirty.

Being airbnb gave us the freedom to have the grandchildren with us
