Breakfast and very nice staff.
The building outside looked like it needed a fresh paint. Some corridors in first floor could use more light- windows

It was perfect, staff very nice, rooms very comfortable. Breakfast great. The place itself is very quiet, but rather without a car it will be difficult to travel anywhere else.

Breakfast was a great start to the day. Choice was super and dining room had both inside or outside seating. Staff couldn't have been more helpful.

The breakfast each morning was good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There's a surf school office right next to the hotel which made registering for lessons really easy. The hotel has some amazing views. The gym in the hotel was very well equipped.
My only complaint with the hotel directly is the internet or wi-fi signal in the room wasn't very good. Other than that my only complaint is that Sagres, or that part of Sagres isn't as lively as other parts of the Algarve like Faro or Lagos.

The location, design, vibe of the hotel was perfect. The staff were great and the breakfast was excellent. We stayed in a 2 bedroom family suite which was huge and exceeded our expectations, it was fab!
We stayed in early July which was perfect as we felt by the end of our stay it was getting very busy at the pool etc.

The location is unbelievably beautiful. Outstanding service in the restaurant and at the reception. The manageress who checked us in and out was very accommodating and helpful. Good first impression always sets the tone for the entire stay. Although the property itself is four star, the quality of the food and service was pushing five star. Our room was spacious with tasteful contemporary interior design. The small kitchenette was a nice addition to the room.
I liked everything. No shortcomings.

amazing location and great staff . I was there few years ago and the hotel made some improvements which I was really pleased with so will definitely come back
the restaurant doesn’t serve food until 7 pm - they have lunch menu till then but mostly sandwiches so nothing proper. I’m we arrived about 3 pm really tired and hungry so had to wait for the restaurant ti open or go out which we were really tired to do. I think it would be beneficial if more substantial food is served earlier

Everything! The staff are so friendly, welcoming and happy! Pristine clean, gorgeous view and location. The breakfast was incredible and the massage was excellent!!

The incredible location and panoramic view! The “maze like” structure of the hotel made it feel like you were alone… it was only at breakfast, did I discover that the hotel was in-fact:full. The clever attention to architecture does go a long way. The suite was incredibly spacious and minimalistic! Neutral colours of the room and comfortable sofa made me feel at “home”. The body products available were healthy- nourishing the skin! This small attention to detail is appreciated! All hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. The clean and safe principle is present, making me feel at ease as priority is still used in maintaining and providing hygienic care.
