Really good breakfast, friendly staff. Cannot complain, everything on the place. Typical gasthof interior makes the place very authentic and local.

They don’t serve food in restaurants if more people are not there. We were just 3 and it was 8:30 pm. We were not given dinner in restaurant because it was too late for them at 20:30 pm for dinner according to them.

The Gastehof Sonne was good looking, the rooms were pleasant, the bathroom was big enough that two people were not crowded. The bed was actually two twin beds pushed together but were comfortable to sleep on. The tv was very good and positioned correctly. We had a balcony which was large enough for at least 4 people to sit on but with only two we had more than enough room.

The major bad point was the mosquitoes they are not a part of the Gasthof Sonne but were plainly a pest around it. There were splats on the walls where other occupants of the room dealt a deadly swat to those pests. There is no klima system in the room so the balcony door had to be left open for cooler air which also allowed mosquitoes into the room. There is a window in the bathroom which did have a screen covering it and was open but without the balcony door open there was no cooling airflow.
