A localização próximo da praia de Balneário Camboriú, localizado bem no centro próximo de bancos, centro de compras, restaurante e lanchonete.
O Estacionamento era privativo e ficava distante do hotel e não tinha como estacionar nas proximidade por haver poucas vagas na rua devido a faixa azul da cidade.

Diz no anuncio que tem estacionamento, mas é só se sobrar vaga e além disso tem que pagar. O café da manhã é bem basicão.

Local estava organizado e limpo
Não havia opções para crianças brincarem, estava chovendo muito e as crianças ficaram inquietas. Não havia proteção na janela, ficamos no quarto 419 e na janela não havia nenhuma proteção. A forma como informam para sair do café da manhã não me agradou. Deveriam falar para chegar no máximo 09:30 na entrada que as 10:00 o café será fechado e não pedir para se retirar tendo chegado perto das 10:00.

Nothing except the location.
Not really on par with the pictures shown on Booking. The rooms were quite precarious, with rusty door handles, broken window levers, dirty/old switches and pipes, the water coming out of the faucet was brown, etc. Breakfast was very basic and low quality and they didn’t manage the amount of guests in relation to the number of seats, so it was pretty chaotic. The only thing it had going for it was the location - very central and close to the beach. Most of the staff, with the exception of the maid staff, was apathetic, not smiling and slightly confrontational. Definitely NOT recommended. there are better options in the area for relatively the same price or slightly more expensive. Only stayed the two nights we had reserved because they did not allow cancellations or rebooking, another minus for the hotel, by the way. I would definitely categorize this as a 1, maybe 2-star cheap/low-quality stay. Try to avoid.

Very clean city centre hotel. Located right in the middle of the city and action, 50 yards from the beach. Good breakfast. Public areas are well maintained with very modern furniture. Very efficient and helpful staff.
Only one very small lift. Nowhere to park to check in/out, had to leave hazard lights on to off load/load luggage. Car park is a couple of hundred yards from hotel.
