Service exceeded expectations. Room (bungalow) is large and very pleasant to stay in. Restaurants are great, with an excellent chef and very fresh and tasty seafood.

The property is one of (if not 'the one') best resorts to visit in the world. The villas are designed in such way you can feel in a remote isolated island. Every aspect of the property, the room, everything was perfect. Most of the staff are exceptional.
I need to be fair with the cost and expectations, we had some issues that deserves to be shared. The biggest one is related to maintenance: A hammock where my wife laid down, it simply broke, making her fall and leaving her embarrassed; And during two heavy rains, we got water entering our villa thought the roof. The second issue we faced was related to an item lost during checkout, the property acted swiftly to solve the issue, but one of the staff was rude on dealing with the situation.
