1. Either we did not fully grasp the reality of the staircases - or info needs to be more definite. 2 very steep / turning staicases presented me with a hazard. I am over 80, and have sight problems (only one eye, so "depth" sight confusing) We managed, but we may have avoided the situation with more pre knowledge.
2. The apartment was in very good decotative order BUT both balconies were dirty - therefore not easy to use.

Location is very good. The Villa is very beautiful. The rooms are all quite large and elegant, perfect for 2 people. The host is very friendly.
Although the rooms were very nice, the place needs some renovation. With a little effort the place could be exceptional. Needs a new coat of paint, a new floor, the carpets on the stairs are unpleasant, new electrical fittings. The shower head did not fit in the holder. The place needs some TLC and could be transformed into a dream location.

Very nice apartment, very comfortable and big. With windows on three cardinal directions, so also very light. But also very private through the layout. The beds were super comfortable.
Nothing, it was a very pleasant stay.

The beds were not really suitable for a couple or a romantic weekend, two single beds very soft.
