Nette Anlage aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen!

Anlage ist renovierungsbedürftig! Fensterfronten der Beachbungalows werden nicht geputzt. Hier zieht man die Gardinen vor. Holzböden in der kompletten Anlage defekt (Verletzungsgefahr). Schmutziges Geschirr bleibt tagelang vor den Bungalows stehen. Servicepersonal räumt es nicht weg. Erst nachdem wir uns beschwert haben, wurde es einen Tag später entsorgt. Bestuhlung im Frühstücksraum: Defekt, fleckig und sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden. Generelles Problem in der Anlage und im Bungalow: Mücken, Kakerlaken etc. durch das viele Poolwasser. In anderen Hotelanlagen in Khao Lak wird dagegen gearbeitet Frühstück: Okay, aber nicht überdurchschnittlich. Poolliegen: zu wenig und ab 7.00 ist schon alles belegt. Eingangsbereich: eher, wie ein Hintereingang. Restaurant: hochpreisig im Vergleich zu anderen *****Sterne Hotels im Ort. Qualität des Essens - durchschnittlich, bis mäßig. Meerblick: durch dichten Bewuchs nicht möglich - schade, wäre durch Ausdünnen der Sträucher möglich. Fazit: Preis/Leistung ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

Very clean and modern, good facilities. The pool area is stunning and easy access to the beach. Food was only ok at breakfast.

Nothing much, it's a little isolated but free bus service to town and bike and moped hire available.

Very nice beachfront hotel with a superb pool. There is a huge variety of delicious breakfast options. We enjoyed the scooter rides and complimentary yoga.

Nice location next to the beach. Quite area. A few restaurants close, if you want to try something other than the hotel restaurant. Friendly staff. Nice pool area. Plenty of free activities at the hotel. Nice big room. Clean. Free bottles of water.

Staff could be more attentive to cleaning up used glasses and plates by the pool. We often had to wait at the pool bar because there were not enough staff. They don’t keep clean pool towels at the pool. So you have to go to the reception to get new, which is weird. They do buffet evenings at the restaurant, but it’s overly expensive and not recommend. Eg the ice cream stand only had 3 different weird flavors (some kind of tee). Wy don’t you do chocolate and vanilla that everyone likes?

The hotel is perfect for a relaxing holiday on the beautiful Khao Lak beach, short taxi ride into the nearby Khao Lak and Ban Niang towns and some very good traditional Thai restaurants nearby within walking distance. Hotel staff were fantastic, always very friendly and keen to help. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

the swimming pool needed some attention in places, some small tiles missing etc, but this didn’t really detract from the overall enjoyment.
