Ausreichend ausgestattet, alles Wesentliche vorhanden, ruhiges Viertel, Bett war etwas weich aber noch OK, Einchecken mit Schlüsselkasten problemlos, Läden und Bäckerei in der Nähe.

Das WLAN hat leider sehr unzuverlässig funktioniert, meistens nicht.

Sehr gut ausgestattet: Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffemaschine, Minikühlschrank, Geschirr und Besteck. Es war auch sehr ruhig.

Schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden.

We had our own breakfast. The baker´s had a holiday, we had to go to a supermarket which was not so near. The room was small, but ok. We could sleep there without troubles. It was not too far from the railway station or the city centre.

It´s a pity we did not know that there would be towels and soap, we carried ours. There was not a toaster at it was promised. There was no condensed milk as it was said in the paper in the room. We xould be happier with bed-side tables (even small) for our personal things. One more lamp next to one bed would also be fine. We had a problem with wet clothes after our arrival where to hang everything. Also some information was redundant (sent twice), eg. in an email was written we would get a code, and the code was sent in the previous one. Some information we missed - eg. a detail description of utensils in the room.

The apartment is small but provides everything you need. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and tidy. The whole building is very warm, therefore making my late October stay a very cosy one. Contactless check-in instructions on point. Located in a quiet and peaceful residential area. Excellent choice in terms of value for money!

I can't say anything bad about my experience in this apartment.

There was too little information about check-in. When I went to Citywohung, I could find nothing to check in.When I called the Citywohung.Halle, I was told that a key was kept at that location and given the password. Had I not called, I would never have found the key. The Wi-Fi is also terrible.Citywohung.Halle told me that there was a paper in the room with the password on it, but I couldn't find it. It doesn't exist.They send me just before my arrival via Booking.com password, there was no way I could read it because I had no wifi!Citywohung.Halle said they came to me to deliver the paper with the password, but they didn't show up. I asked a traveler in another room for the wifi password and finally found it. The room is dark; 3 of the 4 lamps do not come on. At night it is difficult to read or write. The desk and chair are not the right height. The desk is too high. It was hard to sit or eat.
