I really enjoyed the breakfast and the location was good close to station and shopping area of Messina.
The shower head needed cleaned better as all the little spouts water not coming out properly.
As it was a special occasion use of the rooftop bar would of been nice. Strange to not be able to have a drink there in the Summer.

Breakfast was great on the roof terrace beds and pillows very comfortable room was large and very stylish staff were extremely helpful and spoke perfect English

The size of the room is good; the price is good; the staff members are friendly and helpful; the decoration of the interior looks warm and good
The hotel is on a main road, so quite noisy; it take a bit time to get hot water, and the hot water is not hot; the wifi is weak, a couple of nights not working at all

A nice boutique hotel, situated conveniently in a nice area and with a short walk to the tram. Rooms were very comfortable, great beds, good bathroom. And the staff was very helpful.

the owner likes digs a d the hotel has an nice eccentric decor. it sounds odd but it is subtle enough and everything is new and clean snd well designed. The staff were really great and helpful. they have AC and an a modern elevator… rare in Italy. great location.

it is in a very good position , right on the high street, the staff are exceptional and so helpful , we had a fantastic room and a very comfortable stay ,
would definitely recommend this hotel

Just amazing, we had a trip around all Sicilly VMaison was the most comfortable hotel. Excellent reception team there to help you 24/7. If you are staying at this hotel don't ever miss the amazing breakfast which you will be looked after by lovely staff. Thank you again for the delicious Granitas......

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. One disadvantge might be that you have to walk a bit between the railway station and the hotel but there are taxis and tram if you dont want to walk. The staff in the reception and the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful. We liked the decoration of the room and the brekfast room. We rented a room with a small comfy terrace and it was nice to sit there.

The room on the street side very loud its imposibble to sleep even with closed windows. In the shower in the morning was ants.

The lady at the breakfast was very nice, the room was awesome, the hotel in general looked really nice. The theme of the hotel is super cool!

Almost everything. The hotel is a little gem, beautifully designed to almost the smallest detail (it's much better than it looks in the pictures). Room very clean and the staff super nice.
Just a couple things. There was no full-shape mirror in the room and that to me was a huge missing. Bath amenities were not replaced after first day ( like cotton sticks, for instance).

Beautiful interior with all the comforts one needs for a room. The front desk support is wonderful and and the breakfast is wonderful even during covid times.
It was great / maybe if you want a view it’s not the best as it’s right off the main room.
