Great location. Reception Staff are excellent, always very helpful. Love having a good sized balcony for breakfast and dinner. Rooftop pool was bonus.

Sofa is very hard. Otherwise well stocked.

The apartment was lovely (Superior 2 bedroom) very spacious and spotlessly clean. The owners were really helpful and kind.

A kettle for tea and coffee would be a really useful addition and a mirror in the second bedroom :-)

We had a great time in Rimini and Residence Delphina was the perfect base for our stay. Far enough away from the waterfront to be nice and quiet but still easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Not that we visited the beach as much as we planned as my daughter didn't want to leave the rooftop pool!

Great location, property was great for a couple and two teenage girls.. communication at the residency was brilliant!

The appartment is very comfortable and very nice. We enjoyed our holidays really good. Appartment was very clean and really near to the beach only few minutes. All supermarkets, restaurant and bars were very close. Personal was very very friendly. Thank you so much.
