Everything was as advertised. Clean, comfortable, working A/C for those warm summer temperatures, excellent location beachfront. Restaurants and beach right across the hotel, ferry port to Greece 5 minutes walking distance. Staff polite and helpful. Room daily cleaning. Very nice seaview from balcony also from top roof where they serve good breakfast. We loved our stay in this hotel, great price offer .

Very clean, excellent location, good breakfast, good sized rooms.

Huge room and balcony facing the sea.

There was no regular coffee available at breakfast. Only options were caramel flavoured coffee, cappuccino or espresso. Mind boggling how you can prioritise serving caramel flavoured coffee over regular coffee.

Stunning view from the balcony and breakfast terrace. Directly located at beginning (or end?) of the boulevard close to the beach and restaurants and the port of Sarandë. The room was basic but all things included that you need. The ladies at the check-in desk were kind.

Open shower, there was a curtain but the water splashed everywhere. The soap dispenser was kinda broken (everytime we used it the cap fell off, but it did work) Same for the showerhead, a corner of it was broken, so you had to be careful because the edge was sharp. (Probably not the case in all rooms) Also the bed was hard, but I think that's normal in Albania.

Amazing view from the room and from the terrace where the breakfast was served. The hotel is very well positioned.

The bathroom was very poor maintained, all the grout was yellow and left that feeling of dirty. We had two rooms and oy one air-conditioner at the dead corner of one room without any chance to affect the other room at all. The flies screen was broken we asked to be replaced. They removed it next day without putting a new one. We paid €110 a night and the rooms must offer more comfort and better services.

The location is super central & the staff are really friendly! The breakfast has a lot of choice & all the food was really tasty!

Hotel Pini is minutes from the Corfu ferry terminal and directly opposite a lovely beach. We chose a quiet room at the rear as the promenade in front of the hotel is super busy at night with holiday makers. That said the sea view at the front of the hotel is amazing! Breakfast was generous and served on the top floor terrace with sea views. Staff were friendly and very helpful, rooms were cleaned daily.

Wifi not great

The Pini Hotel has been the most kind we ever met. They've done their best to let us feel more comfortable as possible. They are a family and want you to feel as at home. Breakfast was very homy and tasty. Also the Hotel is open to the street, located on the main street by the sea. Very close to shops, restaurants, beach. From our balcony we saw a beautiful sea.

I enjoyed the perfect view from my balcony. The location is accessible and has a lot of Bar, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket, fresh market, boutiques, souvenirs shops, parks for kids, outdoor entertainment and night clubs close by. The breakfast is fresh made and delicious. Their staff was friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is another attribute of this Hotel.

Great location, very kind and helpful staff, the view is amazing. We will stay here again, that’s for sure. I recommend!

Good location on the sea front and 5 minutes walk from the ferry terminal. The room was clean and had a sea view and a balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good and is served on the top floor, again with sea views. Other good points include an early check-in time and being able to pay by card.

The room was very clean and had a nice smell. The hotel is in a great location, close to the port, right on the boardwalk and beach. Beautiful view from the balcony. Good price for a room with see view and breakfast.

One night, there was no hot water and the coffee wasn't good, but those are minor details.

We had to leave earlier and we could have the breakfast early. Thanks.

Perfect location, great breakfast and we could pay even with credit card, what is more rare than often in Albania...

Small details like stains of paint still on electrical sockets, door for the toilet is very low.

Everything was perfect to my expectations. Good service from the restaurant to the reception, the beautiful views from the balcony.

The toilet was too loud because of the air conditioner but I guess that's normal.

I have spend one night in Hotel Pini with my fiance, and I liked it very much. The hotel have breakfast included and it is very good. The terace view is amazing.The room and the whole hotel is very clean, the service is excellent, there is receptionist at all time, the staff speaks english and is very helpful, polite and kind. Also the location is perfect because is in the center of Saranda, everything is near, and the city beach is in front of the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone
