Very beautiful and comfortable place . Location is perfect.Parking in center of St Tropez is a very valuable thing. The staff of the host is super friendly, responsible and helpful!

Great option for a stay in St Tropez
Great location in the centre of St Tropez, easy communication with very helpful staff, apartment itself is lovely
Had to buy shampoo and soap for the bathroom, would have expected that for the price

Wonderful apartment next to Place de Lices
Great apartment directly in the city center of St. Tropez, close to Place de Lices. Equipped with all necessary supplies and has a nice balcony. We had a wonderful stay there!

Decent apartment, but poorly managed. Be careful!
The location is excellent for proximity to the center. The direct access parking is very useful.
The apartment was not cleaned well. There were blood stains on one of the beds. When we spoke to the manager of the property (the head of the company) he was extraordinarily rude. He never even apologized, but instead turned his back on us and walked out in the middle of the discussion. Two members of his staff were nice and did their best to fix the situation but the owner of the company was as unprofessional as he was unpleasant. The second bedroom did not have a real double bed, as advertised, but rather a fold out couch with a very thin mattress. I chose this property over another one that offered a fold out couch so this is false advertising. The worst part had to do with the payment. A few days after paying I was told that they mistakenly charged my credit card twice. I was told that they could not make a refund to my card but would wire me the money. I gave them my bank information and they sent me a confirmation of the wire. After 10 days I checked the bank information and realized that I was one number off in my bank account so the wire never arrived. I informed them of this immediately. I then argued with them for over 5 weeks about the refund. They continually blamed the delay on their bank and repeatedly told me that I would have the funds on specific days, which was never true. I finally told them to refund my credit card and deal with their bank on their own. Eventually I had Booking.com intervene and only then did they refund my credit card- despite having previously said that this was impossible. When Booking.com spoke to them they even said that they had spoken to me the day before about the refund, which was a complete lie. I have been careful not to exaggerate the negativity out of spite. The apartment was generally fine- other than the 2nd bed and the cleaning. Having to fight for over 5 weeks ruined the experience. Booking save the day.
