The description in booking is misleading and the fotos are wrong! We booked given that fotos are ok but stayed for 230€ a night in a very small and sad 1-bedroom apartment in the ground floor. This was not visible during the booking process. Value for money was very poor (230€ for sad room, no breakfast, not even flexible cancellation). The check-in was very poorly organized. We had to go to a nearby hotel which is 5 minutes by car but 10 minutes walking up the hill. Also we were charged a deposit of 100€ in cash at the check-in. we were told we could find the keys by the apartment but unfortunately they were not there so we had to wait 20 minutes in the cold. The room was poorly cleaned with hair on the bed and stains in the sink. there was no shower gel or shampoo and not even a hair dryer available. The bed is small (1.40) and very uncomfortable. additionally there were not even night stands. the TV is standing on a shelf that was flipped around. The room is next to the Main Street so it’s very noisy, impossible to leave the window open. there are curtains that protect from the light but then the main door has windows so it’s very bright in the morning. cannot recommend to stay here at this price. I wouldn’t complain if we had paid 80 € for this room but 230 is absolutely unacceptable. The “complimentary” SPA usage becomes useless given that the hotel with the spa is ten minutes walking distance away..
