This is a perfect property with an excellent location in the heart of the city's centre. It's modern, cosy, and offers everything you need. Staff is extremely hospitable and helpful! I will definitely stay there when I come back!

Proximity to the main square and the size of rooms. How well equipped the kitchen was.

There was a slight drain smell in the bathroom but we didn't notice it the next day so maybe just needed to run the water everywhere. It wasn't a big pro lem at all though.

This apartment is located just off the main square & is in a great location. The place was spotless & had everything we needed. We were a group of 5 friends & we arrived earlier than the check-in time. The girl in the office was really helpful & took our luggage in the office so we could explore the town. Krakow was a lovely place to visit, great value for money & we would definitely stay here again.

Modern flat with everything you could possibly need. Very close to Main Square which can be a bit noisy at night. Up 3 flights of stairs which didn’t bother us but there is not a lift to something to be aware of.

There is a loose plug socket behind the unit nearest the window in the triple bedroom that needs fixed.

Very clean and spacious, breakfast was delicious.

We stayed in Amigos 1 for 4 nights . No soundproofing. We were kept awake for around 3 hrs on the first night due to noise from the apartment directly above us . Sounded like a herd of cattle running across the ceiling , thought the ceiling was going to come down it was so bad so hardly got any sleep at all . We decided to stay the following night and made a decision to cut our losses and move to another hotel if we were kept awake again but it was very quiet so assumed that the apartment above was unoccupied for the remainder of our stay , so all good .

Both the Apartment and reception staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. The apartment was even way better than we expected with lots of little things that really made the difference. Although we never used the them, there was a dishwasher and washing machine with tablets and washing tablets if we needed them. Coffee machine with filters and coffee and tea bags. The apartment was super clean and warm too. The location was excellent and very central within only a few metres of the Old Town Square. The apartment and access to it was safe and secure. I would thoroughly recommend anyone looking for accommodation in the heart of the old town to stay there. We'll definitely be back.

The steep stairs up to it could be daunting for people not so good on their legs We managed just fine to lug up the suitcases tho

the location was fab! the room was comfortable and exceptionally clean.

nothing! one thing if I had to say would be you can hear upstairs quite loudly through the ceiling.

The locations was perfect, just off the main square. The apartment was large and spacious. Very clean and lots of kitchens bits if we decided to cook.

The beds are very uncomfortable, there appears to be no mattress or a very thin hard one. There is also loose sockets behind the tripe single beds, which is dangerous and will need to be fixed.

It was clean, had 4 beds (one double), a sofa, dining area and kitchen. The location was perfect, a stone throw away from the Old Town main square. They offered breakfast which we didn’t utilise but I thought that was a nice addition. The lady who checked us in was friendly and gave us a map and recommendations for food and tours.

The apartment was accessed by a keypad code & I didn’t like how there was no extra internal lock for our peace of mind, especially as someone knocked on our door one evening and no peephole to see who was there. It was also extremely noisy at night, but that’s to be expected in such a central location. There is a bar called Free Bar in the ‘basement’ of the apartment block.

The shower had to be reset a couple of times to get hot water, an easy fix when you know how although had to call staff the first morning of our stay to fix it.

Perfect location, clean, had everything we need, great for 5 people with 2 bathrooms, really helpful staff who booked us a taxi to the airport.

everything about the property was, it’s just a very short walk to the main market square and all the bars/restaurants. it’s very easy to find and the staff were very helpful with any queries we had

Location is perfect , staff extremely helpful . The apartment was spotlessly clean with a couple of nice homely touches. No lift so be prepared for the stairs

Perfect stay for the weekend, also provided toys on request for our child to play with on an evening 😀
