outstanding value for money. Staff was so friendly. I loved the spa facilities, the food: it was such a nice stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect just across the cable car. Staff were very friendly, the food was incredible, room was very comfy and clean.

Really nice hotel, thank you for the whole short but great experience. Attention to details taken to the extreme, literally every member of the staff smiling at you, spotless everywhere, good food, amazing variety of wines to choose from, fireplace, "a la carte" little cosy restaurant, cute wine cellar and so on.. To sum up, I felt like being in "Perfect" soundtrack of Ed Sheeran...the VERY definition of an Austrian chalet, wrapped in style and quality. Congratulations!

An indoor pool would be a must considering the competition from nearby 4 and 4+ stars around An annoying, unidentified sound in the room after 7-8 am, occurring every few minutes..maybe from the elevator or something similar
