We had a very nice time at this house. Perfect to check the waves every morning at Lobos and at a nearby surf spot. The house is clean and has a big terrace and pool. It is not beachfront.

This is a very clean and nice place to stay. It is located within a 10 minute walk to beaches, shops, restaurants, and groceries. The pool area was very nice and good to put your feet in, but in March too cold to swim. The views from the three levels were great. Having a gated parking spot was nice too.
The unit is perfect for 2 adults. I would not recommend it for more than 2 adults and maybe 2 children. The 2 bedrooms are a reasonable size but the living space is small and consists of a love seat, a plastic chair and a small dining set. The kitchen has just the bare minimum needed.
I would say the unit could use some updating. The beds, furniture and appliances are worn and outdated. For example, the printed settings on the oven are totally worn off so you can't tell if it's on/off etc. As noted below some things needed to be replaced.
I am giving 3 stars due to the issues we had throughout our stay. These included broken washing machine, lost electricity about 4 times due to a faulty water heater, ants, no space heater, missing amenities in the kitchen, and broken wifi.
I must give credit to the property manager and the owner who worked hard to quickly resolve the issues, and they eventually corrected the problems.The next tenants will probably not have issues like we had. But for our stay, it was quite disruptive, time consuming, inconvenient and stressful for us when we were just trying to relax and enjoy our holiday.
After considering all of this, I would recommend staying here. It is really quite a lovely location.

Loved staying here and if we can afford it would chose to come here again.
Sergio is a friendly, informative character and the cleaner was discreet and even took our massive supply of empty wine bottles. 5 star!!

Wunderbar
In der zweiten Reihe zum Meer bietet das Haus von allen Terrassen aus einen fantastischen Ausblick. Es fehlte uns an nichts und so verbrachten wir erholsame Tage in der Villa Majorera.

Holiday of two half’s
Nice property great views , great location, walkable to center corralejo , beach on doorstep although not sand ! Checked in 9 pm with non English spoken lady ! Hopeless ! No English Chanel’s on tv , very steep steps to bedrooms , nice clean bedding beds hard for us , whole property needs updating ! Showers are not good at all , all floors tiled very slippy when wet , There is no privacy at all when by pool , the other 3 properties look directly on you , a lot cracked tiles on patios , on the plus side the maintenance guy really helpful when we locked our selves out as front door locks as you close ! And said we could stay until 2 pm last day which made life a lot easier , nice to park car in private place very steep lip from the road though car bumper undercarriage damage easy if loaded , was lovely to sleep with sea sound and owner was right no need for air con in first night but when to hot to prop doors open far to hot the windows don’t have a bar to keep them open so have to wedge doors will towels etc as very windy , then constant noice from shutters ratteling , all sorts banging etc most properties around us where empty so no noise but if full I don’t think the chilled out holiday we had would be the same at all , it’s ashame this could be a great place if spent abit money updating etc , but the views not quiet good enough to compensate

Pool not good
On arrival Sergio was very good throughout the week very helpful but it doesn’t show the amount of stairs in the property or the deep steps into the pool without support to hold on and if you can get in the drop from the second step is very deep so hence we couldn’t use the pool we were also very disappointed about the noise from the villa behind which I appreciate was having work done but 7 days of it especially Saturday and Sunday was too much we couldn’t relax

Tolles Ferienhaus auf Fuerteventura!
Ende Januar / Anfang Februar waren wir für 14 Tag auf Fuerteventura und haben in dem Haus von Francisco gewohnt. Das Haus hat eine großzügige Raumaufteilung, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche - sogar mit Waschmaschine -, ein Gäste WC, zwei Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten und eine Dachterrasse mit Blick auf's Meer. Nicht zu vergessen der Pool! Einmal pro Woche gab es einen Reinigungsservice mit frischen Handtüchern - tatsächlich ein rundum Verwöhnpaket.
Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, dennoch ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im quirligen Leben von Corralejo. Der eigene Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür.
Und es ist schon ein Traum, auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken, mit Aussicht auf's Meer. Wir können diese Unterkunft und auch die gesamte Abwicklung nur empfehlen! Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Geweldige locatie
Strand, zee, uitzicht, restaurants en terrasjes...... alles is fantastisch.
De villa is compleet ingericht alleen de zitmeubels, zowel binnen als op het terras, waren niet comfortabel. Toch 3 fantastische weken genoten van onze vakantie. Hopelijk komen we er snel weer terug.

Great Stay!
We stayed at the villa for 10 days around the 2021/2022 new year period. The villa is great, the sea views are spectacular and the property is very well maintained by Francisco, Sergio and the team, who are very accommodating. We would be very happy to stay again.

Ein super Haus
Gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Waschmaschine! Panoramaaus- blicke aufs Meer von den Terrassen und dem Schlafzimmer.
Alles zu Fuß möglich aber trotzdem mit priv. Parkplatz.
Wir waren nun schon zum 3. mal in dieser Straße. Dieses Haus ist unser Favorit!

Heerlijke lokatie, willen voor volgend jaar zeker weer boeken. 1 punt van aandacht is de verlichting in de kamer en keuken (erg fel). Maar dit zelf opgelost door veel kaarsen neer te zetten.

Thank you Francisco and team for a lovely stay. It really was a perfect 10-day family escape! Villa in a great quiet residential location with restaurants an 'easy to reach' walk away. Shops & supermarket all within a 5 min walk too - hardly needed a car...

Fantastic villa
We have just returned from a weeks stay at the villa and I cannot fault it, from the start to finish Francisco was very responsive to any emails, Sergio met us on arrival, showed us around and explained everything, perfect.
The villa itself was just lovely, everything we needed and could want for the whole stay and in a perfect location, close to shops, beach, bars and restaurants.
I would recommend this villa to anyone for the service received, the villa itself and the location.

Wonderful stay
Great little property. Only a stones throw from the sea. Fantastic views. And only ten mins walk into the town or harbour. Perfect location. We stayed here for 3 weeks in November. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Great outdoor space and pool area, although being November pool was a tad chilly and sun was gone by 3pm. But the little table and chairs on front terrace meant we could sit and have a few late afternoon drinks in he sun still. Would definitely book again

Wunderbarer Blick auf Lobos, gute Lage
Die FeWo liegt nicht direkt am Strand, sondern etwas windgeschützt, hinter einem flachen Bau., dennoch mit wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer aus dem 1. und 2. Stock. Die Einrichtung der Küche ist vollständig, sogar eine Waschmaschine steht zur Verfügung. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

The views from the baconies are amazing - a seating area on the bedroom & rooftop would be a great addition. A great location to walk along the front to the beach & restaurants. The owner & Sergio were always helpful with any questions. Our flight was an evening flight & we were allowed to stay on in he villa no problem at all. We’d like to return one day :)

Overall The stay in the villa was very nice. The negative points included: poor WiFi with the connectivity dropping out. There were ants everywhere in the downstairs kitchen areas

The whole experience was excellent
We had a great time from start to finish, we were greeted at the villa by Ingrid who showed us round the property and explained everything in detail. We also had a direct telephone number for any questions during our stay. We will definitely return and recommend your services to friends and family.

First class villa in a perfect location
What a lovely villa in such an ideal location! 10 mins walk to town so nice and quiet but close enough for a leisurely stroll there and back. Also very close to El Campanario where there are several other bars, restaurants and shops.
The villa itself was absolutely spotless and contained everything we could need for a comfortable fortnight's holiday. Sergio and his family who look after it maintained it beautifully for us and despite not speaking much English (and our Spanish leaving a lot to be desired!) were lovely and easy to deal with. There were no fans or air conditioning that we found but we didn't find the villa overheated at all, it's easy to open doors and air it and it seems to be angled in such a way that the sun doesn't shine directly in, so it stays nice and cool.
Booking with Francisco, the owner, was easy, and no request seemed to be too much trouble, including the last minute request for a late checkout on our last day due to flight times.
We highly recommend this villa and really do hope to return. We loved it! Thank you, Francisco 🙂

Amazing!
From initial contact with Francisco to agreed late checkout our holiday was fantastic.
The property is situated within a five minute walk along the street to the main shopping area, and Campanario centre but a few seconds away from the beach through a locked gate. The views from the upstairs bedroom and rooftop terrace were a joy to wake up to - looking out over the sea to Lobos Island and Lanzarote.
The villa was spotlessly clean, and a mid stay clean (unusual for a one week stay) was an added bonus.
Comfortable beds, with shutters on bedroom windows if required meant everyone had a great sleep, kitchen was very well equipped and two bathrooms were a bonus.
We spent most of our time at the property outdoors, when the heat of the sun became too much the seating area overlooking the pool was perfect.
The pool was perfect size for a small family, and a blessing in the heat.
We had a fantastic holiday, would thoroughly recommend this property, and would quite happily return for future holidays.

Just had a fantastic week, the villa was excellent. Fantastic location & had everything we needed inside & out. Only had a problem with the door key, but Sergio was there straight away to sort it out for us. Nothing was any trouble for him, a lovely kind man. Would definitely stay here again, we didn't want to come home.

Just spent 2 fabulous weeks at this property, just what was needed. The location is spot on with lovely commercial centre just 5 mins walk away that had weekly markets, a large supermarket, shops and cafes / bars. A further 15 -20 min stroll away is the main street leading down to the old Town. Here there are bars / restaurants to suit all needs and you really are spoilt for choice!
Comfy beds, very clean and cleaned regularly whilst we stayed. Sergio very helpful on arrival but other than chatting to him during our stay he wasnt needed as everything was perfect! Would definitely stay here again if we revist Corralejo and will recommend to family and freinds.
