Location, facilities Everything was good.

5th floor, it was terrible to go to 5th floor thru stairs. No where it was mentioned that it is on 5th floor. With luggage, small space and 5th floor, it was very painful.

Nice apartment for a family of four. Very good accomodation in a central but still calm and safe area for the prize. Welcome was easy and friendly and apartment was well equipped and clean. Especially the kitchen was very comfortable and well equipped!

Note: Apartment is in 5th floor with no elevator. Helps to keep fit :) but might not be suitable for everybody - depending also on the luggage that you carry around with you.

It was a clean and spaceous flat. Nice to have a washingmachine as well if you travell with kids. The host was also very helpfull and fiendly.

The flat is at the 5th floor, no elevator. Location wasnt so great, 25min with a scooter to the city centre/beach.

First of all the host Marisol is amazing! For a first time visit in Barcelona she helped us with activities directions places to eat she is like a personal guide. As for the location the appartment it is indeed on the top level (5th floor) wich gives nice view to the neighbourhood from the terrace and the balcony. The rooms are super ok for a family of 3. You have a bedroom with a bed (no tv) and a large living room with a small tv, a dining table with 4 chairs and a large expandable couch. The kitchen has all you need to cook but there are enough places in Barcelona to have dinner breakfast etc. so we didn't really use it. Acces may be difficult for older or younger people given that there is no lift but I feal that it is tipycal for barcelona: small common areas such as staircases and acces halls. The apartment is verry close to Camp Nou and you have metro and busses stations a few steps away but we didn't needed to buy a single ticket the entire trip as we took the city by foot and all major objectives are in walking distance 30-45-60 minutes (if you can please walk as much as you is an amazing city and you will lose allot if you don't).

So when we arrived it was a period of a couple of verry cold days. Especially the nights where at 4-5 celsius degrees and at middle of the day the top was like 9 degrees. We allso had the fortune to enjoy a cold spring rain if you think about what they say that it never rains in Barcelona ... bummer ... we hit the lottery. So after the rain the temperature dropped even more. Given all those factors the apartament was as cold as a fridge. The walls the floor the air where ice cold. We had some AC for heating the living room and an electrical convector for the bedroom but it took a few days to reach an ok temperature.

I would highly recommend this apartment! It’s clean, neat, very well decorated and has an amazing view. The location is good as well, metro station, supermarkets, everything is within the walking distance. Marisol is an amazing host and she was also our guide through Barcelona. She gave us a lot of useful information and was at our disposal 24/7. We enjoyed staying in this apartment and we would definitely like to come again.

The property felt comfortable for us a family of four. Two of us slept on the bed while two on the sofa bed which is quite comfortable also. Kitchen is complete with facilities for simple cooking. Quite a convenient distance from Barcelona Sants. The host was friendly and warm and attended to our queries promptly even before we came here.

It is on the topmost floor, 5th floor without a lift. Moving large luggage maybe a hassle but we managed. There is no drainage in the bathroom except for the shower so we were careful not to flood it with water.
