The location was perfect, close to the beach and the night market. You can get a good breakfast at the coffe right at the hotel entrance. Staff is friendly and helpful, they also printed train tickets for us. Bathroom facilities are also fine.
We had cockroaches in our room. There is no furniture on the little balcony, no view at all.

Prima locatie en zeer schone en rustige kamer. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk. Tegen betaling is er een heerlijk ontbijt met erg lekkere koffie.

Toilet poor clean, still have used soap from previous guest in the shower… the water of shower didn’t flow well, super hot room A/C was not cooling properly

Comfy with a balcony. The staff was helpful. It was close to many restaurants, cafes, bars, and the beach. The bathroom was nice. The room was clean.
I thought the pool in the photo was on the property but it was a different hotel. The hotel has a pool but it's smaller and inside the garage.

Great little hotel in the centre of hua hin,with good WiFi. 5 minutes walk from everything, beach, bar/restaurant/nightmarket etc....
Would stay again if visiting hua hin.
Could only pay cash upon check in but that wasn't a problem as there is ATM and money exchange right outside hotel.

Good location, close to the beach, bars and restaurants.
The room could have been cleaned better, picked up the bathroom floor towel and is had a large cockroach which run out from the floor mate, the hot water heater did not qork very well and had tontake cold shower on my first night, the curtains are not light blocking and the room was illuminated fro. Light outside. Overall the only real like was thw location.

Very friendly staff, great location and definlty value for money. Room was good and comfortable., Bathroom was a little rundown however, which could do with a clean and a paint job.
Bathroom needs refurb.

The hotell and the room was up to expectations as a smaller budget hotell in the center of town. The room was acceptable clean and everything in room worked.
The hot water supply was unsteady in the shower but water pressure was good at all time.

Great family run establishment. My second visit so that says a lot! Convenient location for the beach, shops and night life. Love the place. You get a sense of being in a good place here.
There is nothing they could do better. They run a good establishment under currently trying conditions and I love their place. Nothing bad in my book.

I have stayed at the Assasa a number of times great Value for money.
The property was great the only thing missing was Coffee and Tea in the Room.
