Horrible area, sexual noises all the time, not clean. The WiFi didn't work. I will never come back

The internet didnt work in my room.
There was a staff member that keep walking around the corridors at night shouting and talking really loud with one of the cleaning lady's. Maybe the night maintenance person. And I left the hotel three days before check out because on the last night one of the staff tried to open my door but it was locked,thankfully.
As I was leaving three days before check out I asked if it would be possible to get a partial refund and they laughed at me....
This isn't a hotel it is a love motel with a high flow of prostitutes coming and going.
