Beautiful hotel room, friendly and attentive staff, excellent location.

The hotel is very comfortable.
Staff needs more training as they were unable to locate my booking and i have to contact the booking website myself to follow up.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. I would like to name Danny for his excellent support. It is a boon to find a person like him in non-English speaking staff in the hotel.
Room was super spacious and clean.
1. Choice of breakfast is limited for a vegetarian person. I really didn't liked it because the money you pay for the breakfast and you end up having cornflakes every morning doesn't seems correct.
2. Staff should be motivated to learn English language.

The room is clean and tidy.
The drainage of shower room is not good. That’s very good to have a kitchen in hotel room but there’s no cooking tools nor bowls nor pans. So the kitchen is actually useless. The breakfast also just fair.
