The apartment is exceptionally well equipped with everything a couple would need for a stay in Baden Baden. The apartment is very clean, very tidy, very homely and very well located. When we return to Baden Baden we will 100% hope to stay here again.

Exceptionally comfort and well maintained apartment, they have everything you need and even more. Central location, close to sightseeing, shopping, restaurants. Quite area and amazing view from the balcony. Apartments are super clean. Pleasant hosts Irina and Mukhtar.

The apartment is more beautiful in real life than the pictures. Very clean, newly remodeled. Mukhtar is an excellent host who knows travelers would need during their stay and he provides it. The location is great, quiet area with restaurants and supermarkets are a short walking distance.
Transportation is very reliable and the bus stop is about 2 minutes away.

We would definitely book this apartment again if we go back to Baden-Baden.

The location is very good. It will only get better as the road construction finishes. Checking in was easy, the flat was sparkling clean, and the owner was a delight to work with.

We loved the location, close to attractions as well as grocery stores. We were able to cook sometimes and store food when we needed. The balcony was lovely and the temperature in the apartment was always perfect. The blinds meant the bedroom was nice and dark for sleeping.
The bed's mattress was uncomfortable, probably not thick enough.

the apartment is in a great location, close to everything in the town center by walking. the owner of the place is very friendly and welcomed us himself, he even had croissants and coffee ready for us as soon as we got there! very clean place, comfortable, quiet, and beautiful balcony!

This is really a dream place for any travelers going to Baden-Baden. The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes walking distance from the center, but perfectly quiet during the day as well! During the night there’s literally no any noice you can hear! You can open the windows and sleep like a rose. The big and comfortable balcony is indeed an enormous extra room to stretch out and enjoy! The flat is perfectly clean and is equipped with everything you need. Amenities are of high tech and high standards, faultlessly designed with a lot of human touch and thinking on the guests needs. Irina and Mukhtar are perfect hosts! We also had the chance to meet their sweat daughter, Karina. Thank you for everything!

The accommodation was perfect, the host arrived shortly on the specified time on arrival and showed me the entire apartment. Everything and more was arranged from towels to kitchen equipment. Would definitely recommend

Ideal location, lovely clean flat and very peaceful.
On-going building works have temporarily blocked the Tief-garage. Street parking is possible or the flat does
offer free parking in the Kongresshausgarage, but almost 10 mins away on foot.
