The hotel was very relaxing and staff was super friendly, especially Takeuchi-san. our Japanese style room was spacious and nice. The included dinner in the evening was tasty and fresh. It was a keizeki style dinner Finally, the Onsen (spa) was enjoyable and it was a new experience for us.

The hotel is not new and some areas would need some refurbishment in the next few years, but that does‘t Limit the Japanese experience too much

We love everything in the hotel, from the room facilities to the magnificent view to the mountain and the small river to the meals we had (dinner and breakfast) and all the staffs. The thing we like the most is the wonderful Japanese-course style dinner which is really filling. Seafood are really fresh and the tastes are very nice. We would like to send the special thanks to Hirota and Akari for the great assistance at our dinner and the friendliness that are really a pull factor for return guests. We will definitely stay here again if we go back to Yamanaka.
