Nice location, spectacular views, nice and comfortable apartment.

Not a dislike but rather thing to consider that it is a bit of a walking distance to the center of Benidorm.

The Beds were not the most comfortable and on marble was noisy Settee was uncomfortable but other than that excellent

Every thing else

The view was amazing. Literally everything we needed was there. We happily spent the day at the apartment. Sun bathing on the balcony. Playing football on the court and lying by the pool. A home from home. A great location from the beach and bars. Will definitely return.

A few niggly things such as the walk up the hill but taxis back were only around €6 so not an issue. No plug for the bath but we used a bottle top. Literally nothing that couldn't be resolved quickly. The pool was also ice cold but I'm sure a braver man than me could jump in. My 12 year old son loved it.

Fantastic views, very spacious well equipped apartment, good size balcony with loungers and patio furniture. Nice pool area. Very fast WiFi in apartment. Nice apartment in need of a bit of maintenance and some better quality beds.

Bathroom floor flooding whenever shower was used, beds not very comfy, only one English TV channel, taps leaking and shower over bath didn't work in second bathroom, peeling paint on bathroom ceiling, dirty grout in shower room. Very dirty sofa on balcony. Having to collect keys from rental office 1.5km away is not ideal.

View was amazing. Nice clean and modern flat

We liked everything about the place

The apartment is beautiful with a sea views from all bedrooms, a huge balcony with the most amazing view. 10-15 min walk to the beach. Be prepared for the hill walk on the way back but it’s only €6 for a taxi. Very happy with the apartment in general, super clean with lots of plates, bowls, cutlery and glasses.

The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and is in desperate need of a new mattress it is only suitable for a weekend away not a week. The shower room needed to be mopped after every use as it flooded after one shower. Think a glass sliding door would do the trick. Also more bedding would have been nice as we wasn’t able to wash our sheets in the washing machine provided as they wouldn’t have dried in time. So an extra set for each bed would have been nice and a couple extra towels. The pool toilet had no hand wash for the duration of our stay. Lamps in the bedrooms needed new bulbs.

Called as agreed and got they key 10 minutes later, nothing to complaint about. Well equiped Kitchen and amazing views. Stayed at another Apartment last year and must say this is one of the better locations in Benidorm. Just be aware that if you have difficulties walking, be aware of the hill up to the building. Taxi is 5 Euro from calle Gerona so not that expencive

Nice and relaxed hotel, good environment for a family

It would have made things a bit easier if there was someone to meet you at the property instead of picking the keys up from a letting agent

Smaller shower room a little less spacious and water goes everywhere
