The location and the clean of the room

1-the baggage service was really bad 2- the toilet has some problem with the flushometer

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, große Auswahl, der Mitarbeiter wusste am zweiten Tag exakt, wer von uns was am Vortag hatte und fragte, ob wir es genau so, dabei zählte er auf , wer welche Getränke und Speisen hatte, haben wollten. Sehr freundlich, super aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, wir haben Zimmer nebeneinander bekommen, wie zuvor erbeten, was in den seltensten Fällen klappt.Hier konnten wir sogar eine Verbindung öffnen. Auto wurde geparkt und geholt, alles klappte hervorragend.

Perfect size hotel near an actual street with sidewalk, Thalia Street. Many nearby restaurants in this convenient location. The breakfast was varied and fresh daily.

Front desk staff could be more knowledgeable and helpful.

الفندق نظيف وجميل. المكان قريب من شارع التحلية وأمامه مجموعة مطاعم وكفيات. يوجد جم و مسبح. فيه وقت مخصص للنساء في الجم.

كان فيه حفلة في قاعة الاحتفالات في الدور الأرضي ورغم ان القاعة معزولة بشكل جيد إلا ان الصوت واصل لنا بالغرفة -في الدور الأول- وطوال الليل والحفلة قائمة مما سبب لنا شيء من الازعاج. المفترض من إدارة الفندق ضبط الصوت بحيث تضمن عدم وصوله للغرف اللي فوقه.

Very well located with restaurants on walking distance. Outside swimming pool and well equipped gym on top floor. Good breakfast, with lots of choice in a spacious restaurant.

Due to construction in the neighborhood some rooms had their windows blocked. This resulted in these rooms not having day ligt entering the rooms.

Breakfast was great. Room was great as design and comfort
