The property was lovely well situated

Inside the apartment itself was clean and tidy. Nice lounge with plenty of space.
Extremely noisy. People outside being incredibly loud drinking in the children’s playground all night.
We left at 6am to get home. Couldn’t get out quick enough. We had two young children with us. Not ideal. Also the hallway by the lift on stank of rubbish bins. It was horrible. We had to hold our breath when we came in and out.

Great location, really easy to find and on the doorstep of the ferry terminal and attractions. had all the amenities such as netflix, and a nice balcony to relax on.
Apartment level of cleanliness was not to a high standard. Access to main building was difficult due to vandalism but this was explained by the host. Still made leaving/entering by one door tricky

The location was very close to the ferry terminal. The rooms were clean and bright. The double bedroom had an en suite bathroom. The small balcony was a bonus.
The first shower had a broken shower head. There was only very small used washing up sponges.
The pots and pans were well used and there was no frying pan.

Location was good. Close to amenities.
Had trouble getting in. The keys didn’t work on 3 of the doors, but the owner was helpful. The neighbours were noisy, dogs barking and neighbours shouting and swearing. Apartment was tired looking and could have been a bit cleaner.

Not being told about broken lock to building until the afternoon of day we arrived. Litter on stairway and entrance plus remains of fish and chips where people had presumably got in through insecure door lock.

Lock to the main door of the apartment block was broken so anyone could access. Bit poor I was only informed on the day. It didn’t feel particularly safe. The actual apartment door looked like someone had tried to break in at some point. Cold shower, no sheets for sofa bed, only one toilet roll, only one big towel, blinds broken/insufficient.

The place was spacious. We could walk to the harbour.
There had been recent vandalism at the front and back doors to the building, as well as to the unit door itself. This made us feel unsafe. The place was also quite unclean.

Fantastic location with parking too. walking distance to the local attractions.
3rd floor apartment with lift not working. Fridge not cleaned from previous guest, freezer still had food in. En-suite had hairs in the sink and not cleaned. No tea towel in kitchen to dry up with. Mop & bucket left on the balcony. The smell of weed in the apartment block was actually quite overpowering. Vertical blinds in bedroom missing some. Sliding wardrobe doors off the runners so unable to use wardrobe. Heating did not come on while we stayed there so apartment was cold in the evening. Overall the apartment just requires some updating and attention to detail when cleaning.

the corridors had been trashed rubbish everywhere and walls kicked in, fire exit signs ripped off the walls and no signs giving you the number for the flat or what corridor to go down to reach the apartment

Excellent location for Gunwharf and town centre.
One of the bedroom windows wouldn’t shut and it was a really night.

Location was a little bit scary!
We got a taxi back for a very short journey as we didn't feel safe walking back in that area in the dark 3 women on our own.
When we arrived mid afternoon there was a large group of adults drinking in the children's park that was opposite the apartment.
The apartment was very tired, lots of scuffs on walls, no instructions that we found on how to use the heating/hot water.

The location was excellent for our purposes, visiting the Historic Dockyards.
For older people not great, with noisy children's play area opposite our apartment, noise until around 8.00 pm. Very noisy neighbours in next apartment shouting and arguing until 11.00pm. Unfortunately yob's seem to think it good to kick holes in the plaster board at all entrances and stairwells. This didn't affect our stay but gives a poor first impression.

The location was convenient and that's about it
Absolutely filthy! It hasn't just not been cleaned since the last people were in there, it hasn't been cleaned in a LONG time! Pee stains on the toilet, pubic hairs and dust/dirt on the toilet and on the washbasins, someone's elses pants and socks in the wardrobe, someone's elses toiletries in the bathroom, food waste stuck in the kitchen plug hole and in the drainer, a toaster covered in crumbs, an unidentified foil wrapped 'something' in the freezer and the worst most stained tea towel I have ever seen. On this basis we slept fully clothed on top of the bed. As nothing appeared to have been cleaned we didn't trust that the beds would have been changed either. An absolute disgrace for £170! Avoid at all costs.

Simple but well presented apartment.
Master bedroom en-suite was a bonus, great shower.
Milk, butter, teabags, etc.. left for us, nice touch.
Private parking space, visible from balcony, gave peace of mind.

there was everything we needed in terms of catering for ourselves and sleeping
the lack of towels. they were on a clothes horse in the airing cupboard still damp. we had two bath towels and two hand towels between 4 of us but it wasn’t too much of a problem for one night

Pillows were not comfortable and needed to use cushions to for extra pillows. Pillows in the second bedroom definitely need changing. Only 3 bath towels when clearly advised that 4 people were staying. No tea towel left out and had to rummage in a bag of spare linen to get extra towels etc.

The place didnt offer any value for money.It was properly dirty from the toilets,The kitchen was filled with crams under all the stuff on surfaces..
The fridge smelt..we couldnt even use it.
The sofa was so old..it was torn to the extent of seeing the foam inside.I wanted to go back home as i have never ever seen an unmaintained property like that one.

Great location, loved the balcony, it had everything we needed, tea and coffee were stocked, a good sized fridge. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen looked well equipped.
It was dusty, especially under things, the skirtings and the corners of the room. The towels had stains on...not okay. The washing up bowl needs a proper clean as do the plugholes in the sinks. In light of Covid, this apartment has not been deep cleaned!
The furniture looked tired as did the walls. It has the potential to be fab but needs a few tweaks.

Location was great!
The apartment was not cleaned adequately. The floors were sticky, the sofa had rips, the table was covered in crumbs. The sofa bed was not made up and we had to go looking for bedding at night.
