We really like the apartment. It is very nice, clean and modern. Would be nice to e seating on the courtyard. Overall we were please with the apartment.

Nice Flat about 3 blocks from the train station. Francesca was very nice and met us when we arrived. Two bathrooms was great to have. Beds were comfortable. The pull out hide-a-bed was very comfortable. We left an item mistakenly and Francesca let us know right away and we are going to pick it up when we return to Milan. Very nice of her! Overall a nice stay and recommend this property.

The welcome was excellent, Francesca is a really nice host! The flat was clean and tidy, the beds very comfortable. It is well located, in the middle of navigli 2 minutes away from the canal.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié l’accueil de Fransesca, en français en plus! L’appartement correspond à la description. Il est situé près de la zone animée du quartier Navigli. Pour le stationnement, il est sécurisé, vraiment proche et pratique, mais Google Maps nous a fait passé par une rue où les restaurants installent leur terrasses l’été et un 2e accès est barré avec des piliers après une certaine heure. Heureusement, nous avons pu trouver une solution, assurez-vous d’accéder le stationnement par la rue Via Mario Pichi.

The beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent… incredibly close to restaurants and bars. Would recommend the accomodation to anyone!

This is a fantastic property with a very kind and hospitable owner. We had 4 nights here and it was everything that we could have hoped for. Francesca is a very kind and thoughtful owner who was always available to help if we needed it. The apartment is very comfortable and very well appointed, with easy access to the Navigli for restaurants etc.

The apartment was super clean and equipped for all our needs— fresh milk, coffee pods, tea and sweet bread welcomed us, and the apartment has a dish washer and even a clothes washer/dryer. She helped us find a hardware store, grocery store, sewing needs, and a place to get our return Covid tests. She helped us with maps and trams. She responded quickly whenever we texted a question. The internet is terrific! Francesca met us at our late arrival, and allowed us a little bit late departure! Some reviews mentioned the area was dicey, so we wondered about the area. But we found it great and super convenient. We saw only one small raw graffiti on one wall, mostly more colorful wall murals. The area has many restaurants (try Antica Pizzeria!) but we didn’t find it loud at night. We were comfortable walking home at 9pm with our kids. No car needed here. Easy to walk to Duomo area and Castello, passing many points along the way. We would come back here any time!

Location: Centrally located, walking distances to the good life. Note that is very close to a “sketchy” area, however we were not bothered other then late night activity (loud voices) Comfort: The house was very clean however it’s set up for pure business therefore not as comfortable in terms of seating. The super white floors showed dirt very easily so be ready to put effort in keeping it clean. The kitchen is on the smaller size and not many pots for creative/extensive cooking. Parking: If you drive, the street in-front of the building is by permit only, transit between 8pm and 7am is forbidden. The only way to get around it is to use the private parking right next to the building. At 15euro’s a day it can get pricey (be aware of the parking camera taking a picture of your tag as it can get it wrong and therefore not ideal, you will have to email the company to get it corrected). Overall, the experience was pleasant not perfect.

Francesca was a great host (kept me updated on the ongoing changes in COVID restrictions), fast communication and very helpful. The apartment was spotless and had great amenities for my month-long stay. Easy walking distance to all of the restaurants and bars in Navigli, and not that much farther to walk downtown to the center. Convenient to both the tram and the metro.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage war ganz gut. Am besten hat uns die engagierte und liebevolle Begrüßung der Vermieterin gefallen. Sie holte uns sogar von der Metro Station ab und ging mit uns gemeinsam zur Wohnung. Das hat uns sehr gefreut. Daher gibt es von uns ein großes Plus! Auch für Fragen und Unsicherheiten stand sie jeder Zeit zur Verfügung. Wir können Francesca mehr als empfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, modern eingerichtet und hat alles, was man benötigt. Francesca ist eine top-Gastgeberin. Die Lage ist nah an dem Navigli-Ausgehviertel, aber doch so weit weg, dass man nicht gestört wird. Die Metro M2 ist in der Nähe, so dass man Mailand ohne Auto erkunden kann. Das Auto kann man in der sehr geräumigen 24h-Tiefgarage einstellen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen in dieser Wohnung.

Sie hat uns Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Mailand gegeben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Tiefgarage und eine Latteria in der Nachbarschaft sind weitere Pluspunkte.

Appartement placé dans le quartier Navigli, à 25 à 30 mn à pied de la cathédrale. C'est neuf c'est moderne. L'accueil est excellent. Accès facile depuis l'aéroport de Malpensa. Francesca la propriétaire est très serviable. Adresse recommandable.

Accueil charmant et attentionné de Francesca la propriétaire. Appartement spacieux ,fonctionnel, bien situé, confort et propreté ,impeccable. Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour à Milan nous vous conseillons absolument d aller voir un spectacle à la Scala, fabuleux même nos grands ados ont apprécié Don Quichotte! Nous avions des places à 25€ par personne certes une vue limitée assis cependant une ambiance magique dans ce décor.. je recommande cet appartement situé tout près des navigli , l ambiance le soir est fort agréable . La dolce vita.

The apartment is nice and located in an area with alot of restaurants. The city center is about 30 min walking. Francesa is a wonderful person, she helps us alot.

This space was perfect for us, we had two couples and it was nice and clean. Looks just like the photos. The check in process was easy. The immediate area right outside of the apartment seemed a little rougher and rundown, but this complex was secured behind a front door/gate to main building that required key to enter. One block over towards canals you find restaurants and shops. We enjoyed being able to walk there, especially during the lively dinner time. We walked to the Duomo di Milano one day and saw many shops a long the way. It was a bit long, but stops for food, gelato or to check out local boutiques and retail shops made it a fun day adventure. The host was helpful and communication was great. She even helped us arrange transportation to the airport on our way home.

We made short stop in Milan to see the sites (2 nights). This flat is very clean and modern. Francesca was so accommodating. She waiting on the corner for us to arrive in the cab. She had a few basics in the fridge for us when we arrived. She also had a folder with instructions on how to use things, nearby restaurants and shops, etc. We enjoyed the Navigli area, great night life and lots of restaurants, bars and shops. While we felt safe, the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy and kind of loud at night. Wifi was great, big plus with the kids. We did a couple of loads of laundry also which was nice. It is a bit of a walk to the Duomo in the center of the city but we enjoy walking in Italy. Overall great stay.

L'appartamento è come descritto dalle foto. Ampio e spazioso in una zona tranquilla e ben servita dai mezzi di trasporto. La signora Francesca è stata gentilissima e ci ha aiutati a sfruttare al meglio i pochi giorni che avevamo.
