I didn’t like anything at all, no help with safety measures, poor quality and not enough people working in order to keep the place nice and clean.

Our room kept flooding everytime we had a shower . And it was too late to change rooms apparently. I know they have known about this problem before and did nothing about it . Hotel smells soon as you walk in

The beds were not confortabe at all, and the buiding is not properly cared. Seems abandoned

the air con was way too high & impossible to switch off we woke up every morning freezing , we only got fresh towels once during our stay & the beds were extremely uncomfortable

The staff were lovely, good sized apartment. Nice pool area. Two good sized pools and plenty of loungers. Food and drink were lovely.

The photos they show for the apartments are actually for the hotel across the way in a different building, the apartment was of lower quality. It said sea view and we didn't not have any view of the sea. It was about 2km of hilly terrain to the nearest areas with shops and restaurants.

I liked the swimming pool and the bar with music

My room had a broken air-con, the bed room was very hot. I was placed on the bottom floor therefore I was worried to open the windows as someone might come in. The lift was not working every time you press the button it was not going up. The kitchen was very small and tight so when you cook you get very hot. The aircon was not that powerful to cool down the room quickly. The swimming pool had a shop and it was very expensive. The remote control of the TV was not working so we were using the TVs buttons. The property did not meet my expectations as on the booking.com pictures it was showing very clean and posh.

Staff was nice but managment terrible

Dont normally do reviews like this but have to say this place needs to be nocked down. Far from 3 star....one star at best. First day was put in a appartment which was out looking over growing mess. The appartment plugs and fixtures broke or didnt work. . Told my kids not to plug or disconnect anything from the plugs sockets...didnt look safe. Lifts didnt look safe and LEDs brinked like they were lossing power when you touched the button...so we used the stairs. All door open all over the bulding,no security or reception staff in that hotel but next door. Pool showers didnt work and the handle fell off when i tried to wash in them. Pool look like not clean and didnt allow my kid in it. Management said they move me to the next hotel but lied and put me in the same hotel but this time facing sea view, we downgraded to studio room with very smal discount. This room had a nice view but with the same problems. Anyway lasted two days there and checked out early to stay in another hotel. As i paid in full, needed to get my money back, this took 4 attemts. 3 days later they transfer .my money. Booking.com please ask them to update there oine pictures.

There was broken windows in the hotel lobby and at the pool area. Place was absolutely horrible, it was old and smelt. There was rubbish in our bins when we checked in. The walls were yellow, there was mould and paint all over the curtains the balcony was full of paint, there was ants everywhere and it was sooo dirty you could not sit on it. There was blankets lying on the roof below us the whole time we were there no one seemed to care. They didnt clean the room or change towels, toilet rolls for bedding for 3 to 4 days even after all complaints nothing was done wouldn't recommend that place yo a dog. We left our key inside the apartment and when we went to reception they had no spare, we had to wait until we seen the cleaner with a master to let us in and she was rude. the place looked half closed down, there was bars and indoor pools that weren't opened but you could see in the windows and they were abandoned looking, horrible horrible place

rooms are not like in the pictures. Rooms were dirty.Also they didn’t want to give us new towels the bed sheet were not clean. I went to them like 5 times and they assured me that we would have had towels and clean bed sheets (the bed sheets were full of sand since first night, I am wondering if they ever cleaned them after someone left). 2 cleaners also came in screaming at my friend saying they had no towels and they nearly came inside the toilet while I was having a shower!!!! We took the lift and we got stuck in there I had to open with my hands the 2 doors and thanks god it worked. We thought we were about to die inside that lift. Worst experience of our life!!! I do not want to see this people ever again. the cleaners kept coming inside the apartment until last morning. never book this place worst experience ever I had

DO NOT RECOMMEND! First off all, the reception was empty, damaged, with broken glass and a paper asking us to go to the reception in the hotel beside, so everything we needed we should go the other building. Secondly: only had an old air conditioning in the living room area, didn’t have in the room. It was really warm inside the room. We had one fan that didn’t work. Also the bathtub was really dirty… and the toilet was loose with some water dropping from the back. In addition, the room service was bad because they couldn’t change the towel due to a problems in the laundry. Overall, everything old, dirty and not well take care.

Rooms havent seen a clean in a long time

Hello, 1) no message replies from the hotel 2)wrong address on website 3)no receptionist I had to ask around for help

The hotel failed to reply to messages previous to me even arriving to the hotel, the address given was wrong which caused me to lose money trying to find it, I couldn’t check the in for ages because there was no receptionist. I had to ask people around and cause a scene by crying out of frustration and desperation. I was tired and didn’t know how I could find my room or even if I were at the right place. None to the staff I found wanted to help me either, it were other guests that helped me initially.

SMy apartment was full of Ants also in my bed and all over mine and my 8 year old daughters bed and clothes I had to boil the kettle on the floor as there was no sockets up high in the kitchen or anywhere in my apartment to even make toast was the same dark ages stuff really, also rotton timber by the shower falling into shower as we washed an absolute disgrace i spent a lot of money to stay there an absolute waste of money, i spoke to the lady in reception and told her if it was any hotel in Ireland it would be closed down and I would be demanding a refund of some sort a disgrace is what it called it my 8th yearold was actually afraid to even go to sleep because ot the ANTS riddled with them

It was ok in terms of location

The upstairs shower didn’t work, when turned on it flooded the whole bathroom & we asked someone to come out & look at it & the women proceeded to say just don’t us the bathroom, which is ridiculous as the bathroom would clearly be needed! We were also told when we entered the property that we were in the “scruffy” side & good luck, well with the shower incident we needed it, the beds were rock solid, so we all slept downstairs on the sofas which weren’t much better but the aircon was downstairs & it was like a sauna upstairs so possibly get aircon upstairs buT apart from all of that if the space was done correctly it would be a great apartment, staff need more training on how to speak to customers!
