Description online was spot on….property was clean and felt very inviting to be at. Property owner was excellent in communication and very easy to get a hold of….on top of that….super friendly!!!!!! Would definitely rent again, had an amazing experience.

Our stay would’ve been much better if the manager, had the property landscaped prior to our arrival instead of waking up to a man walking around the property and lawnmowers while we were sleeping. The sinks clogged up and we had to fix it ourselves. The garbage disposal was in-operative. The garage had a very foul stench when we arrived and the manager kept our deposit claiming it was due to our usage, although we disinfected and cleaned the areas 2x per day for the entirety of our stay. If it weren’t for the location, the stay may have been a bit more unpleasant.

Great house! Felt like home away from home. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there for us to use. We traveled with our small dog and the large yard was great for her to walk around in. Location was perfect near our daughter & family for visiting. Also nearby were restaurants & shopping. The owner Charlene was easy to communicate with even while she was travelling. We would definitely stay here again.

VERY clean, always a good feeling when you walk into the house and you notice how clean it is. The house was portrayed perfectly online, no disappointments. I love decorating, and the many updates were not lost on me :) Very comfy house, close to many restaurants, and for this trip it was great that it was easy to get downtown. Would definitely stay again

Our son qualified to fish in the Georgia BASS Nation HS State Classic on Clark's Hill Lake and we wanted room inside and out for our family instead of a couple of hotel rooms for the week. Our search lead us to a nearly perfect place. While it was a little drive to the lake, it had just what we needed. The large yard gave us room to spread out and there was ample room for the boats in the driveway. Being in a neighborhood felt like a more secure place to have the boats too. Everything inside appears freshly remodeled and newly decorated. All the beds, bedding, towels, furniture, and fixtures were virtually new. Obviously the owner had spent time and resources preparing this property for the market. Inside there was plenty of space. The three bedrooms and two full baths gave our crew room to spread out to rest and space to get ready without being in one another's way. Multiple common areas provided room to sit together or apart as the mood desired. The accommodations were perfect and a great value compared to what a couple of hotel rooms would have cost for the week. We also chose to book here because it was pet friendly. We didn't bring our pups but I noticed that it didn't seem like any pets had been there. That is a good thing. The property is easily accessible and close to everything you could possible need. Finally, the owner was a good communicator throughout the process.
