Keurig schoon en ruim appartement. Snachts rustig en fijn om zowel een binnen- als buiten zwembad te hebben.

La limpieza, el aparcamiento.

No haya nada de animación. Horario de spa muy reducido hasta las 11h. Muchas escaleras para ir a cualquier sitio. El frigorifico no enfriaba, nos lo cambiaron con otro que tampoco enfriaba bien. Siempre responden a las reseñas que podemos acudir a recepcion para cualquier problema, pero no alquilamos un apartamento para llamar cada 2 por 3 a recepcion por cada problema que tenemos.. Tienen que cambiar muchas cosas, los frigorificos, los sofas, las camas. Pasamos mucha calor sin aire acondicionado. Habia solo un cuchillo que cortaba medio bien. Luego la gente pone sus toallas antes de la hora en la piscina para reservar hamacas. Tanpoco hacen nada cuando podrian perfectamente quitar todas las toallas antes de las 10 que es supuestamente cuando abre la piscina. No deberian dejar a nadie quedarse en las hamacas de la piscina despues de la media noche. La gente habla alto y hace mucho ruido incluso chillando a esas horas.

Clean large comfortable apartment. Friendly staff.good food.

Some of the steps were quite slippery,being tiled on concrete with no handrail. I fell on the first night and suffered a very large painful bruise, resulting in a hematoma which could take months to heal. I informed the receptionist who said he would inform maintenance. But nothing happened whilst we were there.

Hotel is amazing and staff are great :)

24 hour reception

The bar and pool closing at 4.30 pm very early but have it they ate open until 9 pm from june

Good facilities and excellent staff in a good location.

The restaurant closes at 4.30 pm and the pool at the same time. This is way too early in such warm weather with many residents enjoying the sunshine.
