It is a very welcoming, family run accommodation set in lovely gardens with a superb view of the bay. My grandson absolutely adored the pool which had a good sized shallow end to play in safely. Catherine made us feel very welcome and it is a most comfortable, quiet place to stay. Great for families!

Katerina was a great host, extremely friendly and helpful, offering us transfers to and from the port on arrival/departure from Paros. She also offered us plenty of tips on local restaurants and places to visit. The room itself was well equipped and clean, with all the necessary kitchen appliances that you might need. The communal areas such as the pool were also very well maintained and relaxing areas to stay in during the day.

The only negative to state would be the slight distance in travelling into Parikia from the apartments if you have not rented a car/scooter/quad. As a young couple we enjoyed the walks but it may be more challenging for a family with young children etc

The place has lots of trees, has a big pool area. Since its located up the hill, you could see whole of Paros during the day and night! My room has a small kitchenette so was easy to prepare food. There is a lady who comes to clean my room everyday which was a bonus! The beach is just 10 mins down the hill, and the town another further 10 mins. Katerina was very nice, she gave us a lift when we were coming and leaving. She is always approachable if you need any help :)

lovely staff, gave us free port transfers, was easy to contact and happy to help at all times. rooms were cleaned everyday and great facilities. Pool was lovely and the food was amazing

Bit of a walk to town but that was noted already before coming

Perfect location, all apartments have a very nice yard where you can sit with shade. A lot of nice big trees in the garden makes it a very wonderfully experience. The pool is nice and big with enough beds for all guests. A lot of space to sit and relax.

The hotel is up the hill which is 15 min walk from the town. The owner is very friendly and will pick you up from the ferry if necessary.

We stayed in a maisonette near the pool with my 4 and 8 year old which was a great spot for us to be able to keep an eye on them while giving them some freedom. The kids loved the pool, it was a good size with a shallow end and step down into the deep end so suited all levels. Even though it was August, the pool area was never busy and we had the area to ourselves most days. We had a lovely view over Parikia Bay, although the trees partially block a perfect view. They had some tortoises in the grounds which the children enjoyed visiting every day. The rooms were simple and with hot water, decent shower and comfy beds we were happy. The kitchenette was only really useful for boiling the kettle but if you wanted to prepare food they had a fully functional kitchen near the pool which has everything your home kitchen would have. The rooms and grounds were clean and cleaned regularly. You could also walk to the beach and restaurants which was great. Special thanks goes to Katherina the owner who was always available and helpful to our needs. she was more like concierge so could advise you on anything you wanted to do or needed to know about Paros. She even picked us up from Parikia Town one night when we could not find a taxi and my kids were in meltdown. Overall we had an excellent time and would definitely go back.

There is nothing not to like about the property really. If I was being super picky, the rooms could do with a bit of updating and the showers a bit larger as the shower curtain kept sticking to me and the grounds away from the pool area could benefit from more lush vegetation but I am saying that because I love lush gardens. There is only one main point to note if you have small children and that is the hill you need to climb or descend into town or the beach and the distance into Parikia Town by foot. It is about a 10 minutes walk up or down the hill to the beach, a further 5 to the restaurants of Lividia and a further 10 minutes into the heart of Parikia Town. The good news is that most of the walking is along the lovely waterfront and you could walk off all the great Greek food consumed.

Room not very clean, old sheets. Despite the fact it was in the hight season we found the night a bit expensive comparing to other guest houses.

We had a wonderful family holiday. I recommend this accommodation to those looking for a quiet and family accommodation. Katerina, the host, is extremely kind and helpful. We really hope to come back

Katerina the owner was extremely helpful and friendly. She picked us up from the port on arrival, gave recommendations and information and made bookings on our behalf. She was available but unobtrusive. Eden park is quiet and sometimes we had the pool to ourselves or just a few other guests. However it is also walkable distance to town to enjoy the tavernas and bars in the evening or wander around the cobbled streets and do a bit of shopping.

Over 100 different palm trees surround the Hotel and in the middle a deep blue swimming pool that makes you feel like in an oasis ! The service extremely friendly and helpful , the place is quite but still within walking distance to main town Parikia, daily cleaning service following all bio security protocols , Great open terraces for outdoors dining , a real relaxing holidays , thanks Katerina !!

Toilets / showers are a bit small

There was not really a breakfast, but some coffee at disposal, and crackers. We had to buy our breakfast at the store.

Either Booking or the owner of the location provided wrong information regarding the size of the room: Triple rooms for 4 persons had only two beds. And I insist with the owner not to be charged for an additional bed.

A very friendly hotel manager that picked us up from the port on arrival and drove us back on departure. A nice, clean resort style hotel with a great pool and a very relaxing atmosphere.
