Takterassen kjekk.
Dårlig/manglende Wi-Fi og støyende aircondition. Savnet litt grønt/frukt til frokost.

Booked this hotel for a last minute trip to Rome. Wasn’t expecting much from the reviews and pictures but was pleasantly surprised. Hotel rooms and bathroom were very clean and offered cleaning services everyday where they make your bed and replace towels etc.
Decor is a little bit dated but fine. Shower pressure was not that high but still decent. Bathroom also had a bidet which was a plus.
AC was really good which was needed because it was very hot when we went.
Nice view of the street outside from the window.
Location was fantastic, 7min walk from the colosseum and loads of restaurants / gelato places around.
Hotel staff were very nice and friendly.
I still highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Rome, we stayed for 5 nights.
One negative was that walls are thin and we could hear the neighbours/ people outside talking. There’s also alot of noise on the street when bin lorries come in the middle of the night to empty the bins.
Breakfast was disappointing with not many options. They give you a croissant, yogurt, cold bread with jam/ nutella and cheese. Choice of tea/ coffee/ juice.

Very great location in a fantastic neighborhood with lots of cute vintage shops and near some big sights. We stayed in a couple of rooms while in Italy bouncing back to Rome and the staff was awesome, rooms were great.
Beds were a bit stiff but still slept great.

It was walking distance from all tourist attractions.
wifi in the room could be better

Loved the room and the neighborhood of the hotel. We could easily walk to a lot of places especially the Colosseum, which was an added bonus. The bathroom was spacious. The room and the bathroom were very clean. Although the room overlooked a busy street, no sound came in once the windows were closed, which was excellent as we could sleep in peace.

The location and the breakfast were amazing. There was a really nice rooftop where you can bring your own drinks and food.

The location is brilliant. About 15 mins walk from the train station. Colosseum was about 15 min walk as well. Circus Maximus was about 25 mins as we saw Springsteen there on the Sunday night. The roof terrace is lovely as well and plenty of seats to relax and enjoy a drink.
There was no choice what to eat for breakfast. We found it all good but I’m not sure it would be to everyone’s liking as it’s not a buffet and the waiting staff brought it to your table.

A classic/modern decorated hotel in a lovely neighborhood in the heart of rome.
Walking distance to every attraction.
The breakfast was poor with little variety of products and did not represent the price of the room.
The WiFi was not just bad, it didn't work!!!!
It was a little noisy, I could hear the guy from the next room snoring!!!

Great location in the Monti area near the Colosseum. Room was well laid out (only 2 free outlets though). There was a mini fridge. Rosanna, who checked me in, was extremely personable. There is a terrace at the top but did not seem to be a view.
I agree with a previous review about the bathroom smell being a bit strong; more noticeable on returning to the room. Did not think to open the window as it was cold outside. Heater/a/c was surprisingly noisy but once I ascertained the noise was from the heater it did not bother me. Breakfast was pre-plated but enough: 2 bread slices, 1 croissant, cheese & chicken slices, butter & jam, yogurt pot.

location was EXCELLENT! Staff friendly and helpful.
It would be lovely to have had a bar which did food, but there were lots in surrounding area.

We stayed 2 days without working heaters. We notice this to the staf....but they didn't care and fix the problem.
The Italian lady at reception working in the afternoon is so unfriendly. The only positive thing is the blonde lady from Lithuania which is very helpful and smart.
Heaters not working. The rooms are not in the main building, they have rooms in the building around and this is not mentioned in booking. The lady working in the afternoon time is so unfriendly.

Disastrous WiFi, I couldn't do things I needed to do.
The breakfast is very basic, I've had better ones at same class hotels for a lower price.
Bedsheets did not have blanket envelopes.
