I love the size and the interior of the villa. The massage was great. The food was great and reasonably priced. The staff are warm and courteous.

I didn't like the long registration process at the spa, at check-in, check-out. Also, it's surprising that they could not offer extra bottles of water. The water in the tub was not hot enough. A lot of equipment needs replacement. The plug in the tub was a fixture that doesn't fit the overall theme of the place. The TV was quite new. They should have just bought a smart TV so that gadgets could be wirelessly connected especially that they don't have cable TV. The massage was great but the massage villa is open (not air-conditioned) so around 4pm-6pm the monster mosquitos would come in. They'd light a mosquito coil as remedy but the smell is just nasty. Again, this smell is out of context.

Gorgeous villa and wonderful staff. The hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes walk to the white beach but very quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated. I can ask nothing more.

The spa and massage treatment was all booked during the weekend! Too popular :)

the uniqueness of the property and the overall vibes. how serene it is whilst being surrounded by beach resorts. the therapist and the massage service was extremely excellent. probably one of the best I’ve ever experienced. service was off the chart as well

we had a few issues with bees entering the room and had issues with hot water. And finally just slight cleanliness issue with sands on the floor

serene and perfect for people looking for a more relaxing, spa like, cozy and quiet atmosphere massages were out of the world. more expensive than ones in the city at local shops but totally worth it if you like those kinds of experiences.

the only aspect is, it will be helpful to improve food options. although there are plenty in city too so no issues we faced. just in room can have more options. also, bath tub can be more maintained. but to be honest, overall the property blew away our mind. amazing, beautiful and staff is so polite and welcoming.

We loved staying at Mandala, the welcome to the room was amazing. Staff was super professional, warm and welcoming, view from our room was great, outdoor shower was also really cool. We booked a massage in the spa and it was by far the best massage of our lives, a highlight from our Philippines trip, I noticed major improvement on my posture after that and my girlfriend was also very happy about hers. The whole spa experience was 10/10.

We wished room had better sealed doors since we got some unwanted visitors from nature inside the room a couple of times. We understand that is part of nature just wished it stayed outside of the room, however it wasnt something that bothered us so much, still very happy about our stay:)
