Perfectly located house with a short (but steep) 10 min walk from Montepulciano centre. Situated between the city walls and the vineyards this beautiful stone house offers spectacular views. . This is the perfect base for exploring Montepulciano and it's surroundings. All bedrooms have AC and you have got plenty of space in this house. Two bathrooms is very convinient. You will have a big garden to enjoy and you can even wash your clothes. The host Davide is a very nice person and he really wants you to have a good stay at his place. I would definitely stay here again during my next visit to Toscana.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Casina Toscana. It is a lovely little characterful house located in a pretty spot just on the edge of Montepulciano and has the best view of the town. For its size, the house is well-appointed with great period features and has all the amenities we needed. Davide was also very good at checking in with us daily but we really didn't need anything as it was a comfortable stay within very easy walking distance to the magical Montepulciano!

Very comfortable apartment, excellent location, all need facilities, comfortable and very clean rooms. Helpless from master of the house in al problems. Fantastic place.
I advise everyone to visit this wonderful place.
If you want to visit this apartment in the winter, keep in mind you must pay for heating (15 euro) each day.

It was beautiful! Great house, great location, beautiful views and garden. Davide was contactable and helpful 😁 A nice welcome with a bottle of wine started our journey through beautiful Tuscany. It is very atmospheric place. Thank you! Agnieszka with family.

The house was in an excellent location- view from the window was picturesque- you could see the beautiful Tuscan countryside from the window. House was walking distance to Montelpuciano city centre and close to the bus station. Davide was fantastic- very helpful and always available if needed. The house was very clean and bed was comfy. The house had a fireplace and wood was provided. Davide also had a bottle of red wine ready for us to enjoy during our stay. Great value for money and we would stay there again.

Fantastic place, fantastic location. Beautiful Tuscan style house where each small detail was full of Tuscan spirit. Clean, cozy, with breath taking view and perfect location. Communication with the owner was perfect including his advices about local restaurants etc. Thanks Davide for Your sophisticated taste which You have shared with us renting us this place for 3 days. Highest recommendation.

Nice view, good location near the bus station and the city center, clean and stylish, friendly and helpful host (who speaks good english), spacious even for 5 persons. I highly recommend this place.

The location was perfect for walking into Montepulciano and returning to peace and quiet.
Amenities nearby (supermarket, bus station, pizza takeaway) were all within an easy few minutes walk.
Davide was extremely polite, courteous and helpful, a great host.

Lovely house in and excellent location. Far enough outside of the town to enjoy the quiet of the countryside whilst easy walking (uphill) distance to the beautiful town of Montepulcino.

Location is just at the base of Montepulciano and it is an easy walk up to the old town. The hostess Giada was extremely warm and helpful. She was genuinely wanting to make us feel at home in Montepulciano and recommended us restaurants and sights to go. Would love to be back at one of her properties.
It is a steep slope to the house so people with mobility issues should take note.
