Next to ski slope. Separate ski/bike room. Restaurants walking distance.

We appreciated very much the location, walking distance (uphill) from Bormio center in a calm and Green setting. We had a big two bedrooms apartment at the ground floor with own washing machine which is comfortable for families with small kids. Views from the apartments on the other floors must be stunning, but not all have their own washing machine:). Excellent amenities all in all. Extremely kind staff, found solutions immediately for our small requests. Thank you!

Room with lots of space. Kitchen well build.
My single room didn't have a proper bed. Only a bed-sofa, that was not confortable at all.

lovely spacious apartments ext to the slopes
a bit of a steep hill to walk up to the property after dinner and apres ski.

we could ski up to a spot near the house, quiet setting with views
kitchen is tiny with no bowls for breakfast and no oven, Bathroom has no window, four beds all in one bedroom, extra tourist taxes to pay in location on top of booking payment

We were there for a bike holiday, to visit all the famous passes, Stelvio, Gavia, Mortirolo...
The host was very nice. She really took the time to explain where everything was in Bormio, where the best roads for cycling are...
Since there were no guests the day after we left, she allowed a late checkout, so we could shower after a bike ride.
Great property, great host, would come again.
