We had such a wonderful stay at Blackrock B&B . Our expectations were exceeded and everything was perfect. The room is comfortable and the decor is beautiful, the breakfasts just fantastic, it’s very near the station and an easy train ride into Dublin or out to Dalkey. Highly recommend.

Very nice B&B. The house was built in 19th century and decorated stylish with two (!) christmas trees and self-painted pictures. Full irish breakfast fresh prepared.

Easy approach from the airport by bus, quite neighbourhood, amazing irish home. Jacquie and her husband were the nicest host I’ve ever met. The breakfast was delicious.

Bed was the best so far in Ireland 😀 although my room was small, it was really cozy. Bathroom with bath gave a bit luxury. Very clean. Perfectly situated by the train station. The young host was really awesome. Nice and tasty breakfast.

Beautifully decorated

The house is decorated beautifully but my favorite thing was talking to the host. He was very personable and accommodating. The Irish breakfast was spectacular. Our room was very nice.

The bed was very lumpy so I didn't sleep very well.

Lovely and supportive host; offered me a place in the backyard to safely park my motorcycle. Neat and tidy house and guest room. Clean. Delicious breakfast with many options.

My double room was rather small. Was acceptable for me since I was traveling alone and stayed only two nights. Not many decent options for dinner close to the guest house; had to rely on public transport to Dublin which could be accessed nearby.

Our host Jaquie was outstanding. The location is a close walk to the railway station. The breakfast was really delicious. Our room.was clean, fresh, modern, and extremely well presented. We absolutely loved our 2 night stay and would totally recommend it.

The room and house was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay here. One of the best BnB's we've stayed at in Dublin. Jacquie was very helpful and a wonderful host. The BnB is near the local train station for a quick journey into town.

BREAKFST was the best made for our short stay compared to everywhere else during our 12 day trip. The owner even prepared a takeaway breakfast / lunch for our early morning departure. The home is beautifully filled with original art from family and local artists. There is NO need to hire a car, buses and the DART are a short walk. There is a nice park and beach at the end of the block. Each night there were treats and small glasses of Baileys in our room. Water pressure and temperature were perfect. We scored the top loft complete with skylight. There is little to no traffic noise and the house is always quiet. There is a fine dining restaurant, a grand Irish Pub, Beer Garden, and quick pizza place with 3 minute walk. And for all Americans needing to get a "Certified negative COVID" before Uncle Sam will allow you to come home there is Chemist just 6 minute away by foot.

This is a private home, and you should not expect a lift / elevator; but how often does one need to dash between floors. They will bring you cases upstairs for you. We had a lovely loft with an excellent bed and private bath. Though I did hit my shin twice on the bed frame while navigating my way to the toilet in the dark.

Was a stunning home, perfectly decorated, and I wanted for nothing. The breakfast was lovely, the room was great, and I would come back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful B&B, we felt at home and well taken care of throughout our trip. Perfect location (15 minutes from the centre of Dublin), cosy, clean and a warm welcome from owner Jacquie, who we enjoyed meeting. Strongly recommended!

Jacquie is a lovely person. We had a perfect welcome and felt so good that we didn't want to leave. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. We had an amazing breakfast every morning. We even got a little attention when we came back on the first night (a glass of Bailey's). Blackrock is a beautiful little town, it's quiet. The B&B is within walking distance of the beach/sea, the park and the train station to central Dublin (10 minutes). We know where to stay when we'll come back to Dublin. Thank you again for the wonderful welcome, for the valuable advice, thank you for everything!

The hosts were really lovely, warm and friendly. The breakfast was very substantial, lovely coffee too! The location was very convenient, near Dart and bus routes. Main road is busy, but there are shutters on windows. Bed lovely and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay!
