Nice hotel with a great location. Breakfast was really nice and staff was friendly.

Only one elevator, sometimes had to wait a bit long to it. The room was a bit small, which didn’t really bothered us.

perfect location for exploring Amsterdam. most touristic places were walking distance and the central train station is 8 minutes walk from here. staff was welcoming but rooms were a little on the smaller side

Nice room, comfy beds, great breakfast, close to the city center.

Managing the lamps in the room was like doing a intelligence test but failing. Staff promised to bring coffee to our room but never brought it so my mother was left without coffee to the birthday cake (no one, not the staff nor we got the coffee maker in our room to do its job).

Our room was on the black floor (every floor has a color) and it was very dark in the room. Sometimes it is even hard to find your belongings in the room due to lack of lighting. We asked for a brighter room was there were no availability. There is a construction in front of the hotel. We constantly woke up with the sound of construction vehicles in the morning.

Me and my boyfriend spent 2 nights in this hotel. First of all, the hotel has a nice location, is clean, our room was nice, had a good bed, nice bathroom, coffee, tea, ... But our room had a little problem witht he bathroom ventilation, it never went off so had a constant noise, and as the bathroom is a part of the bedroom (not in another room), the noise was quite annoying to sleep :( But I have to say that I'm delighted with the reaction of the hotel about it. Being there on a weekend, no one could come to repair it but they suggested to change rooms. Unfortunatelly, being there for only 2 days we were quite busy and couldn't come back before a certain hour to change rooms, so we stayed in it. When we came back in the evening, they had left us a nice apology note, a small bottle a champagne and ear plugs, really nice touch of them :) The next day, at the check out, I had a conversation about it with the manager and considering the price of the bedroom and this quite important problem, they made a nice gesture in the price of the room to compensate. In conclusion, even though we have a misadventure, I would definitely come back there. Because except of it, everything was perfect and I really like that an establishment can react in this kind of situation. So go for it :)

We had a double room. It was very tight! The glass shower was almost in the center of the room. You would want to be comfortable with your roommates seeing you naked! My children were in a triple room that was a little more comfortable in size.

the work men outside, up at 6.00am with the noise, would of been a perfect hotel apart from the street work outside and not been told about that there was work going on, but would recommend the hotel 😀

the location is perfect.

unfortunately the room wasn’t cleaned daily. the room was very dark, and there was no space to put our belongings. we were in 3 and weren’t very comfortable.

The receptionists were very polite and helpfull. Breakfast was satisfying.

The cleanliness of the room insufficient. They didn't change our bath towels because they were in short supply. They didn;t add water in the fridge or coffe for the coffe machine . Many parts of the room had dust . The pillows next to the window were dirty , The duvet cover with a hole .

The staff was very friendly. the location was good and the breakfast was nice and varied
