A localidade era muito boa.
Não ter estacionamento dificulta, deixei meu carro na rua, pois ficaria muito caro deixar em estacionamento.

Quarto, ar condicionado funcionou bem, e pessoal lega. Tinha um café da manhã bom, apesar de não prometerem nada.
O banheiro não tinha janela, que é algo ruim, e o vaso sanitário teve problemas na descarga.

The room was very comfortable. The WiFi was very good, I was able to watch videos and do work there. There were multiple spot of WiFi so poor signal wasn't a problem. The place in general feels comfortable.
The staff was very good and tried their best to solve all our problems.
The breakfast could be better. It lacked fruits and varieties.
There could be phones in the room to talk to the reception.
Some places in the common area could be improved. There were some old and broken chairs.

The bed was very good and the room was very quiet.
Our first room had a problem with the air-conditioning, but the manager gave us an upgrade to a better room.

Location and the clerks.
The suite is really old - nothing like the photo in the booking com. There were two single beds which were put together to be a double one. Horrible idea as it didn't work out well.
