The quietness even though its downtown, downtown. So, I had a good night sleep.

The rooms are large comfortable and clean. The hotel is downtown with modern facilities and with many restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast is decent.

The reception staff is distracted and very slow. Although there were no other clients, we waited for 10 minutes while he spoke to his one of his colleagues at check-in instead of checking us in. Then we were told our rooms were not ready (at 2:30pm) and to come back in 30 minutes. When we got back, we got to wait for 10 minutes again for the receptionist to finish his discussion with another colleague before he handed us our keys... My room faced the street and the noise from people partying prevented me from sleeping.

Close to parque la Sabana (literally 2 minute walk), clean room, nice staff.

The hotel is just very nice travel and so we'll located in San Jose

The was an issue with the noise from the traffic and surrounding business - but it part of city life

Standard business hotel with some outdated facilities, but not worn, just more old school. Rated as one of the go-to hotels in San Jose since the service is good value for money.

Nothing in particular that we didn’t like.

Very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Good location- big park nearby, some good restaurants nearby, very easy to get on highway to leave city from here, easy parking. For an urban location, reasonably quiet.

No complaints.
