Dirty, gas leak, exposed electrics in bathroom and not the appartment advertised. We moved out the next morning. The owner promised a refund but told Booking that there was no refund policy so would not pay. What can I say.. an uninhabitable apartment and yet we are somehow responsible. Booking and owner failure. Beware!

Amazing Host (Wa'al) and staff. Huge apartment for the money. Clean sheets, fridge, TV, free WiFi.
Security guy was very helpful. Be sure to as Security guard to take you to "Mammas" for grilled chicken, rice and bread.
2 minute walk from the beach and main drag (be sure to pop in Old School for good beers, fajitas, steak and burgers, which is right next door to Saeds mini market for low cost cigarettes, soda and snacks.
Saed is a Very nice guy and makes great Tea and is very honest and helpful. Always happy.
Do not be put off by the price of this accommodation. Its not too good to be true, it genuinely is high caliber accommodation at a low low price in an Excellent location.

The flat is a great value for money, excellent location at city center easy access to the beaches, it is large enough with stting area kitchen, balcony and two bedrooms. The host is nice, knows his business, there are also other neighbours both locals and other tourists in the same apartment in other flats which you can interact with, it comes with some social interaction opportunities which is also nice.
The furniture and kitchen utensils are a little old and overused but much better than avarage in the area.

Mahmoud was an excellent host. He brought us to Leyla apartments because of broken ac. It was gorgeous. Very friendly guy.

The apartment was as decribed, close to main street. A local shop is not far from the apartment and it was open 2 AM.
We arrived during the night and Nasser (the gentleman who takes care of the building) received us and showed us the flat and did the check-in. This is a big plus, because the flight from Istanbul lands after midnight.
We left in the early morning and we had to wake up Nasser and gave the keys to him, great guy.
Anything we needed such as toilet paper he brought it.
Overall a great location, in the old part of Hurghada, more traditional than the tourist areas.

Great place for a short stay. It's basic but has most things you'll need to be comfortable.
- Water pressure was excellent in the apartment
- The WiFi was reliable and fast for Egypt
- Location is central and everything you need is within walking distance from the building
Mr Wael is attentive and quick to fix any issues that came up.

Very clean and big rooms.
No internet, only outside on the balcony. Question 4 is if I visit Qesm public beach, there are no public beaches, I had a look but there are not, you must pay everywhere to visit a beach.

The location is nice, two rooms in the apartments, the owner was available all the time in the messengers. We had a late check-in and it was not a problem

the host and the gurd was really kind and easy going. the room really clean and also bathroom. near to market-reastaurant-mall-beach and etc. the gurd allowed us to left our luggage until midnight after we check out that morning without additional charged. everything went well thanks to them. they also allowed us to check in earlier without additional charged. we really enjoyed stay here. everything perfect!! you guys should try this apartment its worth it!

Nice apartment, nice host. I stayed like in my own home. Very clean and center location, near the sea. Hot water and balcony. Highly recommend this apartments for foreign travellers. The mobile internet works weak in the site. However, the host Mr.Wael kindly provides Wi-Fi access. Anyhow we come to Hurghada not because the internet :)
