O hotel é bom, fica bem localizado para quem quer viajar.
O atendimento deixa um pouco a desejar. Falta “receptividade” que se espera de todo atendente de recepção. Achei o pessoal muito seco e, em algumas ocasiões, até um pouco grossos. Alem disso tem poucos atendentes. Em horário de rush a fila é grande e se for viajar tem que sair com muita antecedência para não correr risco de perder voo. Talvez por terem poucos atendentes, eles acabam ficando estressados e descontam nos hospedes.

Pessoas muito simpáticas. Comunicação com o hotel é ótima! Super prestativos!
Quarto pequeno. Fica complicado com muitas malas. O jantar ser buffet é ruim, até porque não tem muitas opções. Ideal que fosse por peso!

front desk guy I met was really friendly, I arrived late night but he helped me with the available food at the restaurant and he warmed it up for me

Location is not the best, however great for an overnight.

It’s simple but clean and well maintained. They have a buffet dinner and a 24-hour hub for snacks and beverages.
We asked for a room with a king bed and there wasn’t much space left, it was very tight. Also, they didn’t have room service.

The hotel is conveniently located at Santos Dumont road (SP-075) direction Campinas to Sorocaba. It is a very good choice if you are driving and need a base to spend a couple days in the region. The breakfast was very reasonable for this kind of hotel. There is a restaurant available in the hotel and others in a nearby mall.
Although it was not an issue for me (I had a car), the shuttle services between the airport and the hotel were suspended due to the pandemic. If you count on it, you better check before booking.
