Man bekommt was man bezahlt

Ausstattung war okay, Personal war freundlich und immer zu erreichen.

Leider nicht sehr sauber (Schimmel, Staub).Die Lage war etwas außerhalb, aber mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen, wenig Parkmöglichkeiten wenn alle Zimmer ausgebucht sind.

It was very clean, lots of space for our family to spread out. The pool was wonderful to have.

Only suggestion would be to have dish washing materials - soap, sponge, towel - for those of us coming from afar and not having this with us.

Restaurants in walking distance, pool was clean.

Air-condition not working while 32 degrees in the room, staff looked at it and was able to start it, argued the air conditioning will start working, but after 3 days we only managed to get the room down to 26 degrees.

Spacious one bedroom with friendly staff and nice swimming pool

Spacious, big balcony, nice swimming pool. Staff Mate is very helpful, providing us clear instructions for checking in. Helping us to rent a car and also dropped us to the ferry early morning.

Only one point: it’s slightly away from the central area. But there’s bus to there and it’s easy to Uber around Pula

Easy check in and check out of the apartment (no need for interaction). Nice pool.

Got the apartman at fair price but overall the apartman is not very clean. Lots of bugs and dust (and apsolutely no cleaning supplies like kitchen towels or dish soap/sponge, etc.). You have to come with car to reach beach or center. Not enough parking spaces.

Correct with minor annoyances, great pool, a little far from the city center.

Apartment was clean. Well equipped kitchen. Great pool.

Main light in bathroom was broken. TV remote batteries were dead. Local TV programs not available. More apartments in building then parking places - could be a problem.

Very spacious, has parking and a pool. Great view from the balcony.

There were so many things missing that one is normally expecting to have when booking an apartment. Things like kitchen towels, cleaning supplies, iron table. The fridefrigerator was barely working.. Frying pans are absolutely not useble as they are Teflon covered and heavily scratched, and Teflon is very, very toxic when scratched. The owner should replace those. There is no possibility to lock the door when in the toilet. Beds are uncomfortable. And in general was not were clean when we arrived.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. There were no consumables (such as tea or coffee), but considering the price, it's hardly a downside. The host was friendly and was always quick to answer questions. We really enjoyed our stay here.

I will still go there, but it needs some improvements.

The swimming pool, but it needs to be cleaned once a week though.

One of the bedrooms had a lot of insects. And lack of toilet paper, soap, dishwashing soap and shampoo and etc.

Disappointed

The pool was nice.

The owners forgot that we had a reservation, so when we arrived (at 4pm), the apartment wasn’t even cleaned jet. We had to wait for 2 more hours. The owner’s behavior was unprofessional. She acted like nothing happend and unkindly sent us away for 2 hours to wait for the apartment to get cleaned. There was 7 of us and the apartment was ready for 6 people. There was no toilet paper and the apartment in general was pretty poorly equipped. We also arranged a late checkout but then the owner came in the morning and said we have to get out in 15 minutes.

Great value for money, clean, great neighbourhood and host Ivona was very friendly an fun helpful! Certainly recommend and will definitely book again shouldn’t I return to Croatia! :)

1. A/C only on one room 2. No instructions for washing machine. Machine very loud. 3. Property should be sprayed for insects. Lots of bites
