Doručak je bio odličan i bio je jako dobar izbor. Hotel se nalazi u blizini svih oblika javnog prijevoza i brzo se može doći do svih dijelova grada. Osoblje je bilo ljubazno, a sama soba u hotelu je bila čista i uredna s udobnim krevetom. Sve preporuke.
Mogao bi bolje biti riješen problem parkinga. Nije omogućen besplatan parking gostima hotela, a i ima malo parkirnih mjesta.

The location was great. Breakfast was above average. Cleaning stuff was very helpful. Staff was even more helpful. Cleanliness was top. Modern decoration at lobby and free coffee were a plus. Great decoration as well in the room. Everything was fantastic.
I seriously have to think hard in order to find something bad. Dunno, so far I can't think of anything. Everything was amazing.

Die Unterkunft liegt relativ zentral und ist gut zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und das Frühstück war hervorragend.
Der Innenhof ist sehr laut. Alle Zimmer liegen zum Hof. Wenn dann der Hausmeister um 4:30 Uhr die Mülltonnen nach vorn rollt oder das Partyvolk ins Hotel kommt, steht man senkrecht im Bett.

During my stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and clean room. The receptionist, Barbara, was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, contributing positively to my experience. Despite staying for just one night, I thoroughly enjoyed my time.
The breakfast offered a satisfying range of hot and cold options, enhancing the overall stay.
However, the only downside was the demeanor of the girls at the breakfast. They appeared unfriendly and lacked a smile or a simple "good morning."
Upon checking out, I encountered an older male staff member who also seemed to be in a bad mood. It's possible that morning shifts may not be the best for them. Nevertheless, these isolated interactions did not overshadow the overall positive impression I had.
Considering the comfortable accommodations, helpful receptionist, and good breakfast, I would certainly choose to return to this hotel in the future.

We didn't get a refund for a cancellation months before the actual reservation date. (We booked a non refundable room though.)

It's great having an online checkin. The staff is very nice and the location is found to be excellent for us.

We had the 2 bedrooms apartment. The double bed room is tiny - no place to place anything but yourself on the bed.
There was an issue with water pipes, and the flaw stopped. It's, of course, not to blame the hotel, but it impacted our experience.

There was a great choice for breakfast, including bacon and doughnuts!
It’s a big city so it takes a while to walk to the main attractions but it’s well located with many excellent bars and restaurants close by.
There was no sign system for when the room was free for cleaning or when you didn’t want to be disturbed. In addition, although the rooms were cleaned every day, it just seemed to be the bathroom and bed making, our room didn’t seem to get hoovered. Guests should be aware that the shower cubicle is in the bedroom and made of clear glass, which seems to be a common theme in Budapest hotels.

First of all, I have to praise the breakfast. It was exeptional for a 3 star city hotel. It had varieties of cheese, pastries and even avacado paste !!! Bed and pillows were extremely comfy, letting you to get a perfect sleep. Air conditioning was working properly. In terms of cleaning, well, the hotel is doing really great in overall. We just had a misunderstanding on the last day of our stay about changing the bed sheets and towels; however, when we called the reception the problem was solved literally in 5 min (Barbara, by any chance if you are reading this we would like to thank you so much for your efforts :) ). Last but not least, the staff was always smiling and helpful.
The hotel is located within the Jewish quarter. Actually, you have an easy access to metro, tram and bus lines (they are like 3-5 min-walk away); however, sometimes you have to use multiple wehicles in order to go to certain attraction points and if you prefer to walk, it may take some time and effort to do so. But considering the overall advantages of the hotel it is not a big deal.

Hotel was very nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. They have free coffees and free lemonades. And it's easy to park the car around the hotel. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at the hotel for one night but I would like to stay more. It is a great hotel. Very clean and tidy. There is a perfect decoration in every corner of the hotel. All of the employees were very kind. The people in charge in reception speak English really fluently and helped us a lot to make a Route around the city. The beakfast was perferct. There were plenty kinds of cheese, crouisant and souce. Also it was so kind to serve lemonade, tea and coffee for free. I really advise the hotel. I want to stay there one day again. I cannot find anything negative to say. It is just perfect.

Everything was great!! Extremely good price for what I got. On the high end of a 3-star experience. I received a large room with a huge bathroom. Great breakfast with lots of options. I highly recommend this place.
Parking was 19 euro per night. Hotel Parking lot is tight. Quite tricky to get out if other cars are parked next to yours.
