Location, price, two bedrooms, clean
Patched up window in living room, broken cupboard door in kitchen, no hand towels for the bathrooms, towel rails in bathrooms wouldn’t heat, couldn’t get the dryer to work on the washer/dryer combo. Detailed instructions for the dryer would have helped.

Location - eventually
Hassle getting directions and information from owners. Being relocated to a different apartment shortly before arrival despite having booked 6 months previously. Eventually given accommodation in the same building but not in the apartment booked. Bathroom mouldy. Kitchen filthy.

This was booked for my husband and his friend with a specific request for a parking space and I also enquired if the space could be available from 11 am on the day of the booking one week in advance of the booking.
They said the apartment was clean and lived up to expectations and the description.
Sadly the parking was a bit of a disaster. I didn't get a reply to my request and when the guys turned up they were told the cleaner was in the parking space so they couldn't use it. They then bought a ticket which cost £25 to park and then the lady called back and said the cleaner would move by which time it was all a bit too late and they had incurred the cost of £25 rather than getting the free parking advertised.

It was easy to access. The host messaged with clear instructions in good time, before arrival.
The beds were incredibly comfortable.
There appeared to be everything one would need for a stay (we spent very little time actually in the apartment and only used the bathrooms and bedrooms).
The location was a bit tricky to find on foot. The views weren’t good.
To be fair though, we were only there 1 night and just needed a base/bed/bathroom.

Location was perfect for strolling around the city
As soon as you walk in you will feel it's a very old apartment. There was a broken glass window, kitchen shelve had been glued but not properly and looked like it's coming off again. Most dissappointingly, the hot water did turn on most of the time in either bathrooms and we had to take cold showers 3 out of 4 times. The washing machine also kept returning error message. Told owner the issue but did not get satisfactory solution.

The location and the sea view
The instructions for collection of keys and access to the apartments were left until we were on the train to Cardiff and very unclear. Furthermore, I had called ahead to confirm we could leave our luggage at the apartments the next day before booking a later return train to London. shortly after arriving we were told we would not be able to leave our luggage there but we could leave them at the station, which was not true. So I had to trundle my wheelie around Cardiff all morning.

Clean, spacious and amazing location
Cupboards in kitchen weren’t very clean and seemed to be stocked with old used or empty products.

The beds were comfortable and the flat spacious
Broken chair, broken drawer, crumpled sheets and location. Chipped plates and cups. Very old cooker
Although it was Easter weekend the charge for the flat was far too expensive.

location is terrific and the view is amazing. the booking process was easy and the staff throughout were so helpful and informative….we will be back 100%.

The apartment is big and clean. There are furniture for use.
The location is far from the city center and is different from the location showed on the website. And you need to pay the deposit before you live in. The lock of the door is hard to use.

Leaving
We expected an apartment with a view of the bay as the profile suggests,we had a view of an old warehouse.the address was wrong when we arrived so our taxi had to go to another location costing more, the unit was old but appeared clean wardrobes had old doors stacked inside utility cupboard full of gear, one divan had upholstery peeling off, went to make coffee cups and crockery filthy. Went to use washing machine and it did not work . Phoned agent left message and did not get a reply cost extra again to use a laundromat. The profile on the site is very misleading and you do not know where you will be staying and the agent does not care. I would look at somewhere else to stay and make sure you know the exact unit you are getting before you book . It appears this agent handles a number of premises and just allocates you to the one they feel like giving you. We will never use them again and strongly advise anyone to do the same.

The apartment was functional and clean in a block of flats in a residential area not too far from the city centre of Cardiff.
The description of location on Booking.com is incorrect and we're struggling to find the place. According to the webpage it should be across the road from Motorpoint Arena however it's approximately half a kilometre from that place and therefore also half a kilometre farther away from the city centre. Not even the post code which in the UK is quite precise took us to the right address. Only when contacting the phone number we got proper description of check-in and address via WhatsApp - why not automated after receiving my full payment? Of all my booking by far the most unprecise :( The apartment was as mentioned above functional however an honest mention about the double beds being queen size would probably have made us chose something different.

Very easy check in. we had arrived early but the hosts allowed us to park our car in the secured car park which helped loads. Apartment was really spacious, we had a 2 bedroom. The wrap around balony was great for watching sun rise.
the bathroom (not the ensuite) was leaky.. whole bathroom got really wet after a shower

Nice apartment in walking distance of the center of Cardiff. Own parking spot. 2 bathrooms and quiet neighbourhood.
We could not get the oven to work heating up our breakfast.

The apartment is showing some signs of wear, including a broken kitchen cupboard door on our arrival. The window in the lounge was broken, and looked like it had been for some time.
