Super close to the plaza and Granada Cathedral. Very close to convenience store.
Overall appearance was not enticing compared to photos. The pool was a disappointment, smaller than a typical hot tub.

Nice place to stay in Granada - nice room and private bathroom. The pool was very good for a cool off in the heat of Granada! Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Check in and out was smooth. The place was in a great location for exploring the city and felt pretty secure.
I know the city is hot but the room was very hot. The fan was good but with only a small window and a metal roof it wasn't really enough and the room was very hot no matter what we did.

Basic hostel. Has what you need. Kitchen equipped. Wifi was pretty good. Multiple spaces to sit and work or lounge in hammocks. Plunge pool was a big help for cooling. As clean as you'd expect for what it is. Personal fans and lights on the beds. This is a traditional hostel, not a party hostel. There are families, there are old people, young people, seasoned backpackers, intrepid middle aged couples. People who are travelers not tourists. The majority of the guests, who were from all over the world, all knew hostel and communal stay etiquette and were considerate of others and containing their space.
There is a sign above the kitchen sink that says drinking water. Not all stomachs will be able to tolerate the water. Nicaraguan water is not bad like Mexicos water, but for some people, like myself and a dutch backpacker both got the stomach pains and cramps but my elderly mother and the other German lady in our dorm were fine.
Also there are cats and kids on property that will want to engage with you often. If you are not fond or allergic to either of those, this would not be the place for you.

Really good location, the kitchen was well equiped.
The rooms were SO HOT. The weather was hot at the time too but the rooms were not well ventilated and just being in your room was unbearable.
The kitchen could be cleaned by staff more often as there were lots of ants. And the fridge wasn’t cold enough and smelt really bad.

Liked the pool, though not possible to swim in, it was a great area to sit to cool off. Really appreciate it being there to use.

La piscine et sa fraîcheur, la proximité avec le centre ville, les ventilateurs dans la chambre, la possibilité d'avoir une chambre privative pour pas trop cher (même si ce sont des lits superposés), la possibilité de réserver des activités depuis l'hostel.
La piscine ne semblait pas très bien entretenue, le réfrigérateur mis a disposition des voyageurs ne faisait pas de froid (ça a abîmé tous nos fruits). Concernant les communs, il n'y a qu'une seule douche et un seul WC, et ils sont dans la même pièce. Pour ce qui est de la cuisine, tout petit espace, peu d'équipements et des poêles complètement mortes.

The hostel is a short walk away from Granada's beautiful Cathedral. The kitchen is very convenient.
My room felt a bit like a sweatbox, very humid even with the fan on all night. For the price I paid, they still charged me for drinking water which, due to Nicaragua's sweltering weather, you couldn't help but use plenty of.

Friendly and helpful staff and it’s in a decent central location near to lots of things/sites. Small but cosy communal areas.
Rooms were quite small & very hot, with only several small fans blowing hot air around. The bathroom was a small add-on with a large gap above the door so you hear/smell everything & get woken up by anyone turning the light on at night. Place was a little messy in communal areas but they were decorating a room so I’m sure it’s only temporary.

Location is perfect, just a block away from central park, a few mins walk to the lake and other interesting places in Granada. Staff is very nice and friendly. Beds are comfortable, hammocks, kitchen and nice bathrooms and showers were a plus.

Very cute hostel, well located, with a nice pool and many hammocks to chill. The kitchen is nice. The bed were confortable with its own fan and light. For the price it’s very nice I can only recommend !!
The bathroom of the room was a little bit old and small but there’s other ones :)

we had a great stay here in a private room. really comfortable and clean and great value for money. The pool is perfect to cool down in the hot Granada weather and makes a great place to hang out which gives the hostal a lovely, sociable feel. Great location, 2 mins from the market and the main square

Location is good.
We had to pay to refill our water, despite already paying US$105 for our stay. Additionally, there was an airconditioning unit in our room, but it was turned off or not working. All in all, our stay was OK but felt a bit cheap.

Nice location, good complete kitchen, spacious common area, helpful staff.
Our room was a oven with up to 35 Celsius the least. Apparently other rooms are a bit cooler. There’s aircon in the room but it’s broken and apparently pricey for the owners to repair. If you go there don’t take this double room next to the main entrance!!!

Small, quiet and chilled hostal in a central location. The dorm room was hot but there were several fans which made it ok. There’s a shared kitchen, free coffee, nice courtyard. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
The only downside for me was the fact that smoking seemed to be allowed everywhere - even in the kitchen! It was really hard to get away from the fumes.
