Très bien accueillie, personnel attentionné et à l’écoute des besoins des clients. Grande chambre avec balcon. J’ai pu rester télé-travailler dans la salle de restaurant après avoir rendu ma chambre à midi.
Tout s’est bien passé, s’il faut trouver un point d’amélioration je dirais le confort du matelas, un peu creux.

The room was very nice, well decorated, with a modern shower room, very bright and sunny.

Hotel je umístěn ve středu města kousek od náměstí Garibaldi, takže všude se dá dojít pěšky, jak do starého města, tak do nových částí. Mladý pan recepční byl naprosto skvělý - vždy nám na mapě přesně ukázal, kam jít, kudy jít, co vidět, kde se najíst - opravdu super přístup, byl velmi milý a mluvil skvěle anglicky, takže nám moc pomohl. Při příjezdu, kdy ještě nebyly připravené naše pokoje, jsme se mohli v hotelu převléct a nechat tam kufry (při návratu už čekaly přímo na pokoji). Pokoj byl malý, ale dostačující, koupelna pěkná, sprchový kout velký, klimatizace a wifi - co víc si přát.
Jedinou malou skvrnkou na pobytu v tomto hotelu je kvalita postelí - jsou hrozně měkké a proležené, ale to se dá vydržet, když vše ostatní je super.

Very simple and nice room, with a small balcony. AC, tea/coffee maker. Amazing bed! Overall had a very nice experience, and the check-in was very pleasant, the staff deserves 5 stars!
The city is really noisy, even on a Monday night and the room is not soundproof. There could be a bottle of drinkable water in the room, I don't know if the tap water is drinkable here (if it is, a sign would be nice).

This was a nice little hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, And we enjoyed the breakfast (great scrambled eggs).
We found the bed rather small and too soft for our liking.

Breakfast was pretty good for a small hotel. The room was comfortable if small, but met our basic needs. Location was right around the corner from the tram station, and a fairly easy trip to/from the airport. The best part was the friendly, helpful staff. My husband is handicapped,, and they really went above and beyond to help us.
The only things that were a bit difficult: the small size of the elevator. With more than one bag only one person at a time on the elevator; and the shower without a door allowed water to get on the bathroom floor.

The staffs were really friendly, I would love to come here again! Also, the bathroom was renovated.
The location was a little bit far from the beach and centre to me. It took about 25 mins by walk to get there.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the city center, close to the train station Nice-Riquier, useful if you want to visit another places on Riviera coast..Very helpful staff, friendly people. Various kind of meals and drinks for a breakfast. I do recommend this hotel. Enjoy : -).

All around a clean and comfortable room at a great price.
Elevator was quite small, not a problem for me but something to consider if you have large bags.

Hotel in very good location for promenade & old town..tram just around the corner & train station about 10 minutes walk. Staff really pleasant and very helpful.
Not really conducive to sitting around for drinks..very bright & no low lighting.

The staff were amazing, and very welcoming upon arrival. The hotel is close is in a very good location to the city centre. Also, Nice Riquier station is close (10mins walk), which is good if you want to do a day trip to Cannes or Ventimiglia (Italy)

Good value for money. Close distance to Nice Riqier station. Location next to small and bigger shops. One of the shopping centers Nice TNL - Espace is located nearby.

Hospitality and attentiveness by staff were A+. (Within seconds of mentioning to one staff member that my son wasn't feeling well due to heat exhaustion, the manager was at our side to offer help.) Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was solid European fair with fresh, high-quality ingredients, set in a charming atmosphere.
The rooms were just slightly smaller than we'd anticipated. Parking was a drag. (Try to request parking in advance; they may be able to help you. I didn't realize this when I booked the room, and it was rough finding a spot on the street; meters are limited to a couple of hours besides.)
