Quarto amplo para família.
Instalações antigas, apartamento velho.
Tv do quarto não funcionava.
O café da manhã muito ruim, pouca variedade, qualidade inferior, não tinha copos. Um funcionario somente durante o café.

Air conditioner is only to cold down, not heat. Got a cold night and I got frozen.
Single glass windows, lot of noise from the highway at night.

I liked the location and the staff.
The apartment was not well cleaned, curtains were dirty and we saw hair hanging from the clothes line. the internet connection was horrible!!!!! they only had one option when I asked and it was terrible connection. The AC units are very old and there is only an option for the vent to be on your face when sleeping.

The included breakfast was plentiful and appreciated. The handicapped restrooms in the lobby were great. I had a hard time with the low toilets in the room. The towels were good sized.
I had hip surgery a few months ago and the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Even a pillow top mattress cover would have helped. The low toilets in our room were difficult for me. There was not a hotel directory in the room, so we didn't know how to access front desk, housekeeping, emergency.
